Hi, I had requested the Airtel guys for an addon connection for my spouse and did get a sim from the Airtel regional centre in Indiranagar, bangalore. After a month came the mobile bill, which was billed seperately for the new connection making it an individual account. Then i had the issue of being diverted in circles from Call center to the Regional service centre to e-mail.
Finally i did e-mail them on the issue, but got a reply from them stating that the amt is due, hence paid the amt immediately. Its been more than 2 weeks since i have e-mailed them but not a single living being from Airtel had contacted me.
I have been trying to resolve this problem for the past 1 month, unfortunately haven't succeeded with our Airtel people.
