This is with reference to the trailing mail,sent on the 19 Aug 2010 , which was for change of CUG plan for my airtel no 9971395777 (clearly mentioned in the subject line as well as the mail within) to H22 Plan(Rs 99 rental). It is a matter of utter incompetency at Airtel that they could not comprehend the request in the mail and changed the plan for a different no 9971864441 with H21 plan in it (Rs 175 rental) in which i am supposed to get 400 Airtel 2 Airtel STD minutes, 500 local/NAT sms free and also the local /STD tarrifs are different from the H22 plan. Apart from this blunder what adds to their incompetency is that they do not send any notification to the customer regarding the change of plan. It is a matter of great shame for this telecom Giant who is known for the best customer support as well as best customer satisfaction across the globe. Its been a week since I raised this issue but i have not got any resolution despite numerous calls from Airtel, everyone asking me about the same issue without even looking into the account. I have wasted my precious time explaining the whole issue again and again and everytime i was told a different story by these people :-
Mr Ashish calls on 26-02-11, couldn't find a reason for the change of plan for this no and says the plan might have changed by the company coordinator or due to some other reason. He also commits to give the waiver for the all those calls which were supposed to be free and those calls for which i have been charged @ higher tariff since 20 Aug '10. He commits to give a call back after 2 hours so the he could calculate the entire amount to be waived off but i do not receive any call later.
Mr Krishna calls on 27-02-11. He asks me about my issue all over again and tells me that the plan was changed due to the below mail sent on 19-08-10 which was request for the change of plan for Airtel no:9971395777.He reads out the mail and then agreed to the fact that the plan for the no: 9971864441 was wrongly changed by Airtel. He also commits to give a call back.
Both these calls lasted for 20 minutes each and i have wasted my precious time sending out those mails and almost 3 hours speaking to these C.C.E till now , each one of whom have a different story to feed and comes up with a token of waiver. I am not begging for any kind of waiver. I just asked for the reason of change of plan and it takes 7 days for Airtel to find out the reason and realize that they have made a blunder.
I hope these mail would reach the concerned people who might have a resolution for the blunder they have created. Please ensure that i do not get any further call from such people who do not have the authority to take necessary action.
Waitin for an prompt action for all the inconvenience i have faced till now. Hope i get a firm resolution from Airtel this time without futher talking.

This is with reference to my airtel corporate no 9971395777 (HCL Technologies), i was sold this connection as a HCL CUG connection with advance rental plan of Rs 799 for 1 year..According to this plan i was supposed to get 500 cug minutes and 50 local sms every month free..But I didnt get the cug benefits whatsoever as i was charged for the cug calls. I had raised this issued many times over the last few months but with no resolution..Eventually I had to close this connection after lots of inconvenience. I wish to continue using this number if I can be switched to the HCL CUG plan H22 CUG 99. I 've been a privileged Airtel Customer which would be evident from the fact that i've been using another airtel corporate no 9971864441 for more than 2 years..Please activate the plan mentioned above so that i can continue using airtel services without any inconvenience.

Not explaining the available Corprorate Plan Hi Airtel,
I have called customer care to get to know what are available tariff plan for coporate plans and it feartures. But unfortnatly the person who was talking me start to change the plan rahter giving details of the plan. it looks strange to me.

Airtel postpaid CUG plan Dear Concern,
I have applied for Airtel CUG postpaid conncetion i.e W23 CUG 225 plan, but am charging for CUG calls also. I have sent too many mails to 121@in.airtel.com to update my parent ID in my mobile number to make free CUG calls, but am receiving only auto replay from Airtel. Please help me.
