This is with ref. to my mobile No. 9811309860 I am using this no. form
past 9 years. On dated 11/06/2009 it was temporally suspended by the
Vodafone ie. No outgoing no incoming the phone is completely barred. I
am facing a lot of inconvenience. I would like to file a case against
the Vodafone and file the compensation.



On enquiring from the customer care they have told me that the no. is
bared due to non payment of another no. which was used by me four years
back. It is not at all acceptable. Even if this is the case they are
supposed to suspend this no. because there is no default of payment for
this no.



You are requested to look into the matter so that the same can be
ACTIVATED at the earliest.
