Dear Sir,

I am using an Airtel postpaid connection in Hyderabad from past 15 months. My Phone # is 9704500953.

Airtel network is so bad that whenever there is a change in tower within the city the call gets dropped.I am basically from Bangalore and my Family and Friends are in Bangalore. So most of the time i will be making STD calls while going to office in Cab. The call gets dropped so frequently and i will be charged for three mins even even i have on a call for 2 mins 2 secs and call gets dropped due to network issue and i will be charged for 3 Mins. Why should i pay for 3 Mins when the call gets dropped due to network problem which is no mistake of mine. I have called Airtel Customer care so many times and they receive a compliant and take no actions towards solution and they close the complaint without my consent which is really rude. I really feel i am cheated. I NEED JUSTICE. Even i have spoken with the escalation team and the Managers of Airtel company on this issue and they say that i am not suppose to use my phone while travelling and they cannot promise reliable connection while travelling. I understand that if i am travelling outside the city i might face network issues. But i cannot agree that we will have network problems within the city. Why should i pay for that extra minute when the call get drops due to bad network within the city. Why dont they advertise that " Mobile phones will not work properly while you are travelling ". They promise Sun and Moon in the advertisements and the service what we get is so frustrating. I really feel i am cheated by Airtel and i need Justice on the same.

Also whenever the call gets dropped, it is so frustrating and irritating that i will have to call them back and start the conversation all over again and with in sometime the call drops again. and my Airtel bill meter will be running and i will have to pay for all those extra minutes when call drops when there is no mistake of Mine. And what is the value they are giving for the frustation that i am facing due to call drops.

Here are the two compliant numbers that i have with Airtel.

1) 27341278 - Compliant regarding bad network

2) 27640608 - Compliant regarding bill discrepancies which they closed without my consent.
