    Criminal Intimidation by Airtel recovery agents to my family and friends
    I have been an airtel post paid customer for the past many years. I had asked to fix My credit limit to 1000 Rs which i did not have a problem with. Subsequently, everytime I made my bill payments airtel kept increasing my credit amount, without my permission. Couple of months ago, they have raised a bill of Rs 5000 Aprox, without my knowledge. Since I was unaware of my credit limit as I didn't get any calls or messages by them, I kept using my phone unaware of what my escalated credit limit was. I thought it must be what it normally is and once the limit has reached my phone will get disconnected.

    I have asked to call centre people regarding my bill amount but no body helps me out. So I decided not to pay the bill when i realised that I have been over charged. It was absolutely irresponsible of airtel to increase my limit to that amount without my permission.

    after disconnection of my no i called to call centre for re activation of my no and requested them to convert my bill amount into installment (Although it was over charged by Aitrel but i was ready to pay the amount because i want to kept my old no) but no body helps me out for that also.

    after few months they started calling me and DEMANDED that i make the payment immediately. I told them politely that amount is so high an d i am not able to pay becaue it was airtel fault but after some negotiation i have agreed to pay 3500 Rs in place of Rs 5200 Approx as discussed by the person, and airtel person assure me that after paying 3500 Rs They will provide New Sim of the same no and it will be activated very soon and for the i have asked him to give same confirmation via email (what he was saying verbally i have asked him to do so in black and white) but he has lied me that he has send me the email but i have not received any mail till date.


    Now from past 3 days he is calling more than 20 times a day for asking me to deposit full amount and using very bad words for me and even he is calling my relatives no and abusing them also. The recovery executive, Uday, kept on calling me harrassing me to make the payment. I stopped answering his calls. What followed is a NIGHTMARE and a severe CRIMINAL OFFENCE. Uday, started calling all my relatives and friends asking them to pay the amount. and also he started INTIMIDATING my relatives and friends with dire consequences!!!

    he abused my relative and couple of my friends and insulted my mother several times over the phone very often screaming at her.

    Who has given them the permission or rights to torture, harass, intimidate and abuse my relatives and friends??? They got the numbers of my friends and relatives from the database. They started calling all the numbers from which I used to get calls and to the numbers I used to call! can you imagine that?

    They escalate the credit amount without either your knowledge or permission and then intimidate your family, friends, colleagues and every person who has ever called you on your number, when you are unable to pay on time!

    The worst part is, when I spoke that i will file a complaint against them than he said he doesn't care if I complained to the consumer court or even a criminal court.

    I want to teach them a lesson. They have played with my reputation, by calling almost every person I know and telling them that I haven't paid the bill, they have intimidated my family and friends with dire consequences. They have ABUSED (USED VULGAR CUSS WORDS) on one of my relative and couple of my friends.

    And they tell me blatantly that they are not scared of any court, consumer or criminal, and are above any law of India.
