Hello,
I had purchased a new postpaid connection no 9958806394, at
the time of connection I had deposited Rs.500 as a security deposit. I
disconnect the connection after one & half month. I have to pay
(pending) bill of Rs.666.77 to airtel. I asked airtel to adjust your
bill from my security deposit (Rs 500), but now airtel saying that the
security deposit (Rs.500) will not be refundable.

As per them The security deposit will automatically adjusted after 4th
bill but as I disconnected my no. before forth bill.

Another side airtel saying that they did not received any security, but
I confirmed with airtel that the security deposit is showing in account
(9958806394).

Pls suggest what I have to do i am not getting the proper response from
airtel. I also have the receipt of security deposit. Pls help me to
close this matter.
