    Default False billing

    hi,
    I have an Airtel pospaid connection and with a plan of 600 min of airtel to airtel free talk time.
    Airtel has charged me for calling another airtel no ( of my wife ) in spite of the plan i have and its charged as a call to fixed land line no...i do not understand this...

    just imagine if they collect Rs.1 or 2 from each of their customer like this each month ...they whould be making a lot of money...
