Hi,



I have been facing problem from the Vodafone billing department. I have
taken blackberry personal mail service from Vodafone of 299 scheme and
Vodafone live service. Vodafone live services doesn't work with Vodafone
blackberry personal mail services still Vodafone people have charged me
for Vodafone live services. This is the Bug in the system of Vodafone
and they are charging me unnecessarily.



When I have asked for reversal they have said no to do this.



Please let me know how to go about this.
