    Unhappy reliance post paid connection Services discontinued even after bill payment

    Hi,
    I am using reliance post past connection... My bill due on 15th June was payed way before time i.e,2nd June... My services have still been discontinued.... On asking upon the reason I was informed it takes three days to reflect on the system so accordingly it should have been reflected by 5th or at max 6th June... I got a call bill is due I then checked my account and saw that the amount has been deducted already............ Well On asking the status from Customer Care they said that their systems are slow and they would call after half hour......... their systems were not reflecting the payment.... Next i demanded to speak with the Manager which was denied....... I wanted the complaint desk number which was again denied............. The customer care of reliance is useless............ They are doing nothing but harassing the customer

    1st it was prepaid then i converted it into postpaid in the month of may 09 for better facilities.

    but now i fed up with the system of reliance who use to activate services automatically without any confirmation.

    now continuesly i am paying lot of amount of value added services for which i use to call many times in customer care of reliance to deactivate that servieces but all guys of customer care use to ignore problems of us.

    my problem is that i can't even change my no. because it will make very much loss to me in my business.

    Please show me better way to resolve my issues ..

    Default My Reliance Mobile no 9310455188 is migrated in prepaid w/o giving any Request

    I am Anant Kumar, from New Delhi. I am using a Reliance mobile no 9310455188 from 5th of aug 2007. I had taken this mobile with postpaid plan. But on 3rd of Nov 2009 my number has migrated in prepaid without my knowledge. I came to know when i recd a msg from service provider (Reliance) that "Your mobile number has sucessfully migrated in prepaid." whereas I had not given any such kind of request for the same. Moreover I am requesting to service provider from same day i.e 03rd of Nov 09 that you have wrongly migrated my number in prepaid pls migrate in postpaid. They are saying that we are working on it. But i know that they are giving only false & wrong commitment because till date my number has not yet migrated in postpaid. This is mental harashment !!!

    So you are requested to that pleas take necessary action and do the needful at your end.

    Default Reliance new Series start from numeric 8010- (Blunder)

    Hi,

    I dont know how reliance is running his GSM buisness. I feel pity about the the employees of reliance GSM because they are so illiterate that they can’t even handle a simple enquiry. They are just completely lost and don’t have any idea about there own domain.

    I will give you my example where I felt cheated. A month ago I bought up a reliance post paid connection because they had launched a new series which starts from 8010-. As it’s a new series I thought that I can get a new SIM according to my chosen number. But soon I realized that I have made a biggest mistake by taking this number. Both MTNL and BSNL users were not able to make a call on my new reliance post paid number as its says that number is invalid. I called up reliance customer care (thank god after trying 100 times I got connected to so called customer care!!) and reported the incident. incredibly they are not able to understand the problem and said that everything is fine, and there is no fault at there end.

    Reliance telecommunication (I am laughing at them), it’s a widespread blunder that they hadn’t tested the connections (new series) before launching in the market. Only mobile to mobile communication is happening but landline users are not able to make a call on my number. I don’t have word to describe this blunder….

    Now second problem, when I am trying to pay the bill online on reliance website, its saying me “please enter the valid mobile number” because it’s not programmed to take number which starts from numeric 8. It’s a big shame for reliance and for its technical team. They have demonstrated the biggest unprincipled example in front of the whole world.

    Angry Fed up with the reliance post paid connection

    Hi,
    My mobile number is 9345464471 with post paid tariff. I paid the bill amount on 13.11.2009. After the payment on 18th my mobile number out going call is barred. When I approaches the customer care they replied me that due to the bill due they have disconnected the outgoing and for clarification it will take 3 days. I am very much disappointed about the customer care and I am not expected this approach from Reliance - a pioneer in communication field.

    hi, iam sudhanshu shekhar singh. my relaince post paid no.-7428680871. i want to disconnect my post paid connection as early as possible . but relaince communication is not taking action as early as possible . i have already submitted my complain by phonically.

    Default Reliance 3g Serive - Fraud Billing

    Dear relaince
    Due to dissatisfation of servie i paid full and final amount even without using the service - ( Detailed Mail Attached Below ) to get rid of this connection .
    still another bill has got generated - where in i have been charged 1130 rs .
    When i was told by your depptt pay it once and give an application for disconnecting the service - after all that is done - again the bill has come .
    I had further mailed you on 14th NOV - still no action has been taken and why is the bill getting generated.

    Dear Team ,

    This is to get to your notice - that due to dissatisfaction if service i had stopped using 3g SIM . (My Number was 7827167083 . Its a 3g connection which i have taken for my IPAD. )

    But - again my Bill got generated - as the call centre called me and said you will have to pay - as we have not received any application for closure .

    I agreed to pay - and i paid 1700 as full and final settlement - and gave the cash to mr Sushil Kumar on 29/10/11 .
    receipt number - 0403060 .

    I was also commited by Ms Anisha ( reliance Employee - call came from 32314130 . ) that no one will further call and embarres you to pay .

    but I am again astonished as the way Reliance is operating - I get a call daily to pay . I have told this story everyday who ever calls up .

    request to please get into this and stop harrasing me .
    else will be left with no option but to go to consumer court or escallate it to the highest level possible .
