Writing after being harresed by airtel collection people and in due course
have taken up the matter with the customer care of airtel broad band after
being regularly chasing thee people to kindly present us with the genuine
bill since 25 dec i am writing mails to them and no revert has been done or
solutions been provided the same has been addresed and on phone that you
deposit amount of rs this much we will provide with the solutions

sir after calling them end no of times solution to my bill has not been
provided by airtel ansd they are harrasing me day and night in off
threatning me wuith dire consequences

please help as i aam only earning 13200/ rs per month how do i pay a bill of
rs 26500 just for internet for two monthly also monthly liability

sir i have never ever delayed payment for any utilities for cards even i
have alwayds paid the respective dues in time and never ended up paying huge
late payment fees or interest please help as i am feeling sick of these
people also dir i have been associated with parent company bharti from year
2001 aug as mob customer there were times when my usage was high at

4000 rs then also i paid always on time and before due date for the no

i have requeste dto kindly look into this matter but not a single they have
not reverted and now for the past one week they are after my life so as to
pay the bill in full today one of the representative s visited my off
premises and i was not in off and they mis communicated and abused my off
mates like they will let me get arrested and laying off like i have cheated


all the mails forwarded to customer careairtel have been copied in this mail
please go through it once
