Airtel Prepaid online Recharge Problem...!

    Default Airtel Prepaid online Recharge Problem...!

    Hi,

    I had recharged my prepaid Airtel nos.
    1) 8800134390 through ICICI net banking for Rs.333/- payment id : 208316188 dt.22-Feb-2011
    2) 9810679479 through ICICI net banking for Rs.100/- payment id : 208316469 dt.22-Feb-2011

    After sometime I got a sms from 555555 --"Dear Customer. Your recharge request could not be processed. Please try after some time." for both recharges.
    however when I checked my icici A/C balance 1 day after the unsuccessful recharge I was surprised to find out the amount is not credited yet to my A/C.

    When i called customer care they told it is bank's fault even same is repeated by senior executive.

    How can this happen when i got msg from 555555 that means request came to your server but due to problem from airtel server end my request has not been processed.

    My request reference Numbers are "CANRC30224749235" & "CANRC3022474923"

    Can anyone help me to how I can resolve this issue and get my mobiles recharge or my money back.

    i recharged with RC111 full talktime but got only rs1 as recharge..airtel, please help

    Default Airtel prepaid online recharge problem.

    Dear Sir,

    I recharged my friends prepaid card 9860566017 through online recharge two times on March 3,2012 & one time on March 6,2012 but it was failed every time. The total amount deducted is Rs. 333+333+100.

    I have raised the complaint through customer care, Reference number is CONRC30303719890.

    As per customer care executive, the wrongly deducted amount will be refunded up to March 9,2012 but the said amount is not refunded till now. Request you to kindly intervene. The details of transaction on my SBI account is given below.

    SBI VISA Card No: 4591510001354583

    Details Of SBI transactions:
    1) POS PRCH-POS 206308171494 BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED MUMBAI Rs.333/-

    Dear Rakesh,

    I just want to let you know that only Rs. 333/- has been refunded back into my bank account as total amount deducted is Rs. 766/-.
    I have already shared bank account statement which is clearly showing the total deducted amount.
    Request you to refund the remaining total of Rs. 433/- as soon as possible.

    How can you say that the problem has been resolved? I think you haven't read my above post on 03-24-2012, 11:32 AM, so re posting here.

    Dear Sir,
    I recharged a sum of Rs 200 from the site

    at 3.22 pm date 16-04-2012 but am sorry to get a recharge of Rs 120 only. The remaining balance of Rs 80 didnot credit to my phone number-9937442788Here is Syndicate bank ref cheque number 210709811439.
    I called to your customer care and couldnot give satisfactory answer to me about the mishap and told to contact the bank instead. But its clearly a fault on the part of airtel since i chose to recharge a sum of Rs 200.

    Plzz Sir respond to my problem and return the extra amount deducted to the syndicate bank account

    Default My Recharge was un-sucessfull and money got debite

    Hi,

    I had recharged my prepaid Airtel no.
    1) 9591939834 through Credit Card for Rs.200/- dt.27-Apr-2012 at 13:10.

    My recharge was UN-sucessfull and my money got debited,I got a message saying "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try later."
    Even i did not get the transaction id also.

    When i called customer care they are saying their is some technical issue with their site.

    My reference Number from my bank is "211879217536".
    Can you please help me on this.

    Default Regarding BHARTI AIRTEL LIMI VISA POS ON 3004

    Rs 200 has been deducted from my bank account for the transaction "BHARTI AIRTEL LIMI VISA POS ON 3004" .on 03-04-2012 could you please explain as of why they have deducted this amount from my account..
