    Dear Airtel

    I am still getting calls from your so called executives. Instead of saying sorry they are negotiating and intimidating me. I agree this time in a much softer tone. The lad tells his name as Ajay Malhotra and talks in Marathi accent. When I asked for his email id he gives parag.saket@airtel
    and kunal8199@gmail
    which is not on his name.

    Can you please respond to points mentioned in above mail.
    Can you please ask some genuine people to call me this time instead of local goons.

    2. How can you send me a bill four times than my credit limit ? that too without numbers in detail bill ?

    I expect closure of this issue ASAP . I am planning to take stringent actions If I dont get response on this.

    The guy Rakesh Ranga (or some other executive of airtel) goes to each consumer complaint forum and their first response will be asking for your details/or if mobile details are given he will post the below message

    "This is to inform you that your concern listed xx January 20xx has been noted and our team is working on a resolution. At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience faced by you. We will get in touch with you for further details of your concern as the need arises.

    After two/three days he will post that the issue is resolved.You will see the below message.

    "We would like to inform you that your concern listed xx January 20xx, has been resolved. Should you have any queries please contact Airtel customer service at 121 or write to 121@in.airtel.com."

    I think this guy is trying to fool the customers and create a reputation for resolving customer issues. I doubt if he relly takes any action. If he is genuine let him post the "complaint docket number" with all these posts instead of false promises of "noting down issue and resolving it" as happened in your case.
