I'm sorry but i donot understand this .... what do i have to do to close
this connection ..... this is totally unfair on airtels part .... why was
I promised that the connection would be disconnected asap and the bills
for the month of dec& Jan be reimbursed over the phone when I had escalated
last time. This problem is arising because some body in airtels system not
doing his job.
Does it take 7 months for you to process a measly disconnection request
.... I think some one is playing foul here trying to save his skin here
This sort of attitude from the employees of airtel is deplorable .... why
does'nt airtel understand that I have moved to Pune and I donot want the
connection any more ...... what's the point of having a prepaid connection
.
I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO GO THROUGH THE ENTIRE COMPLAINT RECORD AND
THE VOICE TRANSCRIPTS FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED NUMBER AND PAY ME MY MONEY .
I PLAN ON GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT IF THE MONEY IS NOT PAID BY WEDNESDAY
13TH OF MAY.
