    Default Airtel Postpaid Mobile Billing

    Hi,
    Myself Laukik Desai,I am a Airtel Postpaid Mobile(7709016061) user from Pune since Sep'10 and i have been paying being my bills on time before the Due Date.My monthly bill would never Exceed more than Rs700 and i have been offered the Credit limit of Rs.1200/-.
    My Monthly bill is generated on 8th of every month & I receive it by 12th.I paid my Jan'11 bill amount of Rs 538.38 on 15th Feb and Airtel received the payment for it for which i have the confirmation.
    Now(19Feb) All my Outgoing services are Barred,Airtel says that i have crossed my Credit limit of Rs 1200/- and that my Unbilled amount is around Rs 11,200/-.Clearly i have not used the service so much that the amount is so HIGH in a matter of 10days,this is just not possible in any way.
    Airtel could not give me the Call Summary of the Unbilled amount and they say they do not have it either.
    Then on what basis is the unbilled amount being calculated?On top of that if I wanted to see the call summary they are asking me to wait for the Feb'11 bill to gets generated on 8th Mar which i will get on 12th Mar if .I cannot wait for 3 more weeks w/o the use of my only mobile phone.As a Customer I am the one at Loss here.I need this to be addressed as soon as possible.(email: laukik87@gmail.com)
