    Default complaint against Reliance Communications GSM services for mental harassment

    i m using Reliance Communications GSM mobile service (mob. no. 8010608292). they activated world cup update pack on my mobile number without any response from my side and deducted my prepaid account balance. when at 1:30 am i called their customer care, their representative were not taking up my call. finally when around 1:50 am my call get connected they assured me to give full details after 6 hours. when i called them again on 11:30 am their representative Mr. sandeep received it. he didn't gave me details that time also and neither his senior was taking up my call. i was put up on hold for 30 minutes but no response from their side.
    i want my deducted balance as well as the charges deducted for calling customer care back as my issue was not at all resolved by them.
    i tried a lot to contact but there is no response from from their side, which was disturbing and harassing me lot. as i am a student, i can't affords such things happening again and again with me as i cant bear wastage of my parents money.
    please kindly look into this matter.

    Default Did not get main balance after recharge

    hi i am anil and my mobile number is 9014082724.i got a message from reliance gsm service on 20/5/2012 offering full talk time on recharge of 23. The condition is that Rs 17.47 will come in main balance at same time and the remaining 5.53 will add on next day.the offer was only for that particular day. i recharged with Rs 23 on same day but no balance came yet.
    i want money back and this is causing a lot of harassment to me. i tried to contact customer care a lot times but couldnt get them. please look into my problem as soon as possible.
