    Default Reliance Mobile Bill

    In the year 2006 I took a post paid connection in the name of my wife , after a regular use of approx.1 year, in one month Reliance sent a very high bill (Rs.2000 approx. , normally it would have not crossed Rs.1000).
    We asked for the details of the call records from the call center also by personal visit at Reliance World shops. But, assurance from all the corners we never recd. the call details. As we understood that this is a inflated and manupulated bill, we didn't pay and stop using this mobile connection. Very next month we recd. a bill of Rs.3000, even we were not using this bill.
    Then, they started follow up for total Rs.5000 and subsequently they disconnected the connection. We got a call and called us in a court ( we found it is nothing but a office of a recovery agent), we went there and asked them for the call details and were ready to pay on the spot, they asked us to wait for an hour to get the details but they could not arrange the same. We came back without paying as they could not provide me the details.
    Now after 4 years, a gentle man named Srikanth Saxena called me and informed me that in next one hour he will file a case on behalf of Reliance Infocom in Rajasthan High Court if I don't pay Rs.5900 at Reliance Bill payment center and court will call us at court in 2 days and fine me Rs.20000.
    I went to a Reliance authorised center and asked him to receive Rs.5900, he advised me that there is no such account no. (mentioned by this Srikanth Saxena) . I called up again Saxena and told him the same, he threatened me for the consequences.

    Exclamation Using CUG plan then also Got Huge Bill from Reliance

    I m using Reliance CUG plan from last 2 months.

    In the First Month i get bill as per plan, but in the 2nd month bill i got Rs. 640/- Bill instead of Normal Bill.
    Now i am not using that connection, but a day back i got call for the guy, he interduse himself as Advocate of Rjasthan Court and Told me to that if you don't pay ur bill in an hour, then you have to pay 10,000/- in 2days in Court, I am sure that is recovery team.

    I am ready to pay bill as per my plan and as per my usage, but i will not pay wrong amount bill.

    Give me Advise...

    Default Bill overchargred

    I got the overcharged bill of Rs. 4377 by reliance and am getting sms to pay the bill else matter will be dragged to court. Got the legal notice also in this regard. I am ready settle the bill but not going to pay excess amount........ this is unjustice done by reliance to their customers.

    im not getting my bill details on mail and also not in hard copy....from 3 months

    i request to sort out my billin details...i would like to complain for the billing detailsssss............send me as soon as possible.......................................... .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ...........
