I am a new customer of reliance cdma prepaid service, i have faced a problem of deduction of balance 3-4 times on my no. 7488142510 , i have called customer care more than 10 times at different times, when i call they say that you have activated mifeelings service and voice chat, every time when i call customer care there is the same response. Rs. 30 has been debited from my account this month on 18 Jan for mifeelings service renewal. And on 22 Jan they have debited Rs. 10/- for Voice chat. They say that these packs were activated from my side. Last month they told that mifeelings service has been deactivated on my no. but this month they again renewed that pack. Therefore i want you to take the action against them as soon as possible.
