My name is Asim Raval, I own a number in the name of my wife Rujuta Trivedi, location in ahmedabad, I am very much frustrted with airtel services in terms of billing, I always pay my bills through kiosk based in Ahmedabad SG Road , Opposite Gurudwara, From past few days am recieving call from airtel about the bill that I have already paid. I went to kiosk on 1st of jan and paid my bill, soon after i didnt receieved and confirmation message about my bill paid. within half an hour i notfied to the customer care departemnt that i didnt recieved the payment notification in my cell. they told me that since i have paid through kiosk it will take 24hrs. again next day i recieved compalint that the bill has not been paid for which i said its already been paid, the concerened guy asked my reciept number transaction id number which i provided. he also assured me that my compalint is taken into consideration and will be resolved soon. Soon again I recieved call about payment nopt being payed. I launched a compalint for which compalin number was given to me 35161220. on 4th of jan my services were barred, i asked the customer care again where they told me that it will resolved in 4hrs. i went to the airtel shop showed them my reciept , they checked the reciept with some other guy and said that the reciept was created by me, its not orginal reciept as their standard reciept, NOW THIS IS ALLEGATIONS on MYSELF for which I will take legal actions if the issue is not resolved within 24hrs. I checked the other people recipet as well and agree that downside of my recipt page doesnt show the confirmation, it shows only " Thank you for using KIOSK facility.*****ITS Inc*****. " Now this is not again my issue , its the problem of airtel . I have provided every detail in very kind manner, if this is not resolved then I am going file case, not only this, but providing all the details i will give details to the local as well as national newspaper agency for the airtel services and their treatment, I have all the recordings recipet available with me.

You have stated that the issue is resolved, i would really appreciate if you can check back again and give me a fair reply as when i did inquiry in customer care they said that the payment is still pending. Please do not reply without any confirmation. Answer me back only if its resolved.

my air tel mobile no is 7568573951. 28-12-2010,Air tel deducted Rs 45/ from the balance even i did not make any call , i enquired the same from customer care and he tols that i call customer care to request caller tone but the same was not happened .After 2 day of this call i received the massage about the hello tune changed and i was charged by rs 15/ for whole year and Rs 15 for the current month. then i call c c but they not solution it then i call customer care supervisor he tol me that our balance refund 24 hours but goes not yet
my last option that i go to consumer court

Please go through the below chain and see how are the airtel services. There is no support from Airtel Shop based at SG Road and specially The manager Sonal Desai is not at all co-operating with me. Also check the Consumer Services, Check the mail of Airtel Nodal and Presence and 121. This is second time I am posting to the consumer court . All the services of Airtel are bad, there is nothing like customer care. Only they know is harrass the customer,

This is my first and last email to you, if the issue is not resolved I am taking this matter to Gujarat High Court as I am very much frustrated with your customer care team, nodal team and airtel shop based at SG Road opposite to gurudwara. Lets go step by step Below is the email I sent to Nodal team, Airtelpresence, and 121.



I never get my queries solved, My services got disconnected twice, I visited airtel showroom 8 times, interacted with your nodal team and customer care ample number of time. Your airtel branch manager Mrs. Sonal Desai told me that we don’t have any ID for such transaction and this is created by you. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE as you have done allegation on me. Even the security person is aware for my payment as he was there in kiosk with me. He was the person who has given me the receipt. Now one more thing I don’t want to visit airtel shop any more I want my issue to be resolved to the earliest or else I will proceed towards legal proceedings. Check the emails below.

Dear All,

none of the issue is resolved and please stop lying over here. and provide me adeqoute proof that it is resolved or else u dont have any right.


U havent done anything and u guys are good for nothing, right from nodal customer care to nodal and applette. all are useless. U guys are just eating publics hard erened money.
