Reliance Bill Payment issue

    Post Reliance Bill Payment issue

    Reliance account (9323934238)
    I got call from reliance customer care to change my priceplan to more suitable plan( ARP 1990) and was informed that i will be charged per second. Also i will get Rs 150.00 worth talk time free every moth + if i pay for 10 Months in advance i will get 2 months free. I asked him how can i make the payment and was informed that i can make the payment online once the priceplan is changed within few minutes. When i checked it online i didnot get the option to make payment and hence i waited for few days as i didnot get time to vist reliance webworld. Suddenly one day my wife informed me that she has got message that outging has been bared, then immediately i made the payment online via receipt number (AM13293073)for the outstanding amount of Rs.2195.30.

    The Change of Priceplan was taken down on 14/12/2010(143042034) .
    I had already set the payment of my mobile bill on my card and i thought as i have already made payment prior to due date the same will not be charged to my card, But to my surprise tha same was charged on my card on 31/12/2010 via Receipt Number (HCT0451941292Q42010)
    When i called the contact center to inform the same they informed that it cannot be refunded and will be adjusted on my future bills.
    I had to inform them that i have already paid for a year and the same has been charged twice, but they are telling that they donot have the option to refund.
    Please help me as i cannot leave the network because i have already paid them for next 2 years. i want the refund for the excess amount that i have paid .

    Default Relaince Site Net Banking Payement (Extra payment to BSNL)

    Hello Sir

    I paid my postpaid bill by reliance site by using ICICI Net Banking. After this When I checked my ICICI bank account I saw 4 extra transactions of Rs. 1500 each (total 6000). Why It happened I dont know. I inquired the same in Bill Junction (Service Provider) they said payment went to BSNL. So kindly tell me how to get back my payment.

    My Mobile # 9396530725, i paid my bill on 17.06.2011 Rs. 1303/- transferred from HDFC Net banking and i'm not received any receipt please send the payment receipt to my mail ID (bhargavionlineservice@gmail.com)
