    Default Airtel Mobile Billing Problem

    We are receipt of legal notice from Bharti Airtel, regarding the above mentioned post paid Mobile No.- 9971940940 and wish to inform you that we had made payment of Rs. 1370/-wide our Cheque No.- 205315 dated 19 January 2009 and the same has been credited to Airtel A/c as shown in our ICICI Bank Statement of summary of accounts for the month of January, 2009

    We had provided a copy of the bank statement to Airtel Customer Care who had sent the request advice to Bharti Airtel Head Office. We had visited too many times the office of Airtel Relationship Center, Mr. Dheeraj, Global Cellcom, Shop No.- 225 A&B, Shopprix Mall, Sector-61, NOIDA – 20301 and gave all the details to them.

    but they couldn't rectify our payment so we are request you to please do the needful.

    Default airtel mobile bill problem

    dear sir/madam,
    this month 20/10/09 i receved the airtel bill for the period of 11/09/09 to 10/10/09,
    in this bill some sms are chrged but i did not send any sms to this number ,i contact the coustmer care of airtell by phone & email, but they are refusing to remove the sms charges,they are infirm me that i had done the sms to this number, 2months back also same problem that time they remove sms charges.
    please guide me what i can do

    i am airtel coustemer my mo.no. 9725077797 my name is nitin bhanushali . i want to take action against your recovery manejer for mis behaving with me.
    actually first i had post paid connection then i wanted to convert into prepaid, for that i went to your airtel mobail office in morbi (gujarat) 363641 three to four times,but i didnot got any satisffied answer so i stop paying the bill. your recovery office called me for that. i told her whole matter and asked for discount of 500 rupis. instead of answering polietly. she started speaking bad words. even i had proof for that. recovery maneger call me from Ahemdabad office (07940227231)

    Default Airtel Billing problem

    Hi All,

    I am facing lots of problems with Airtel from past 5-6 months. No proper escalation matrix, no ownership and the same problem is repeating again and again. Customer care executives dont know much what to do and their supervisor are not responding properly. I am complaining conitnuously but agony continues. Recent complaint no. is 30145773.     Airtel Team,

    I am highly disappointed with your services and this is for the first time, I feel that I should opt for a different service provider. Please go through the case history of above mentioned ticket number. I logged a request with your team on 31st March for shifting my connection from Sushant Lok-1, C- Block , Gurgaon to Sector-49. I am tired of calling your customer support and escalating the call to supervisors, no one helps. Every day, I am being committed a new date and NO ONE lands up at my place to activate my broadband connection. Yes, I do receive a confirmation call daily to check if this issue has been resolved and if they can close the request.

    This is highly pathetic and showcase deteriorating level of customer service. It seems Airtel is hiring folks with NO customer centric approach.

    It’s been 14 days now and my broadband is dead. You guys will bill me as per my plan by end of the month, in which I have not been able to use my internet for 14 days now.

    Please let me know due course of action or mail will again land up to deaf ears…

    Default Problem with the airtel mobile billing

    hi,
    I'm using the Airtel corporate KK 299 plan and the basic facilities for these are:
    1) 750 mins calls from Airtel to any mobile free and after that the call rates are 40 paise per minute.
    2) 200 SMS free

    I got this number almost 7 months back and from the date I got this connection the number is been billed at the normal rate which is Rs.1/- per minute. And unfortunately I didn't observe the same for 3 to 4 months' bills.
    I complained against the system through Outlet, mails ( to 121 , person who gave the connection and also to Bangalore Airtel Nodal officer) and also by calling to customer care. Couple of complaints were actually closed by the customer care people without any kind of notification to me. Even after a month of continuous tracking, Airtel Customer care didn't resolve the issue. But when I said I would like to discontinue with the number and not going to pay any bill for this number, they came back saying we'll waive off some amount and give a discount and other free SMS facilities. But when I asked for some other option than the fee SMS, they didn't come back on it.
    So, now they are asking rather forcing me to pay the bill which is not billed properly.
    Now they called me to another number and asking me to pay the bill otherwise even this other number will also deactivated.

    I don't understand why such discrepancy is there. When a customer calls care centre with some problem, they never turn back but when they want to get some things done, they will force us.

    Please let me know if there is any solution for this.

    Angry SIM registration failed

    Hi,

    I had 9944556577 postpaid connection for 3.5 years and had changed it to
    prepaid a month back. I had submitted all proofs when i changed at Airtel
    Relationship center ganapathy(NILE COMMUNICATION
    Shakthi Road, Athipalayam Pirivu, Ganapathy) on 28th May 2010. I am @ US
    now and had roaming in it. From today it says SIM card registration
    failed. When I called customer care, they say they cant do anything. I am
    @ US and I feel so bad about this that I did not get any message that my
    cell is getting disconnected. I was using this for my official purpose!!
    I was not attending all calls as it was charged 100 Rs per min for
    incoming. Its not me whose connection should get cancelled. But its the
    relationship center's. Please take is as a complaint against them and
    do something regarding this and kindly get mine reactivated.

    Post Airtel Post Paid Billing Issues

    I have been charged approx Rs. 18500/- for Value added services which were not brought to my notice and never got any complete details of that. Even then I have made regular payments towards my account. My last three payments detais are Rs 6000/- for the month of May, Rs 3000/- for Jun and Rs 7940/- for the month of July.

    There has been not any payment mssing for any of the month from day 01 to till today but even first y outgoing was barred on 21 July 10 and now incoming has also been barred without ant prior notice causing a great inconveneince to me.

    I was using my no from last 4 years and there was not any payment pending from the past. This issue only arrived from the month of May 2010. I was notified when the payment crossed my credit limit ie. Rs 23000/- and the Airtel People kept quite untill it reached to the total of Rs 25000/- to surprise me.
