vodafone mobile services respected sir
iam suffering since 10days foe vodafone customer service care there are no one giving right information about my caller tune service deactivation .so i dont want lose of my previous amount , i want only correct information for deactivation process of callertune service why iam asking this information iam not ready to loss my amount in future.

VF Mobile Connect charges issue -9873247707 [Vodafone REF:145829811044]
This is regarding my latest Bill dated <28.12.10> for VF Mobile Connect 1,59,820 KB & charges 799 Rs. As per bill in between 19/12/10-12:00:29 to 19/12/10-13:35:48 net consumption is 89,530 KB. That means per minute speed should be app. 1 MB/ minute & that is impossible. Practically I am getting 60KB/Minute. There is a big difference in mentioned Net speed which is in the bill & what I am getting. I need correction in bill.
If you need to cross check what the net speed is available, executive may come at my destination with laptop or he may check through my laptop about available speed.
Time mentioned in between 19/12/10-12:00:29 to 19/12/10-13:35:48 net consumption is 89,530 KB, is the time when my net was "ON" from my laptop but not in usage mode. The off-usage comes 89,530 KB, even when the actual provided speed is 1 KBPS. It's a system issue from Vodafone side.
