Reliance Communications sits over my money

    Default Reliance Communications sits over my money

    I had recharged my Mobile No : 9396551018
    for Rs.490/- via freecharge.in on 08-12-2010
    but the amount did not get credited on to my mobile.
    When I contacted freecharge.in, they gave this reply -
    " Mentioned transaction is successful and operator id is 3689133941.Please contact your service provider for further issues."
    When i complaint about this issue to RCom via email, I got this reply -
    This is in response to your e-mail regarding recharge benefit not credited. Kindly note that as per confirmation received from concerned department, recharge amount of Rs.490/- has been recharged successfully on 08/12/2010. Kindly check the details as below table.

    RECEPIENT_MDN - 9396551018
    LAST_UPDATED_ON - 8-Dec-10
    RECHARGE_AMOUNT - 490
    TALKTIME_GIVEN -0.01
    OUT_STATUS -CLOSED

    For a recharge of Rs.490/-, they credited Rs.0.01 to my phone.

    I'v complaint about this issue to Rcom several times continuously since then but I got the same reply 5 times -

    " In response to your e-mail regarding recharge issue, kindly note that as informed you earlier the confirmation received from our concerned department you have been successfully recharged on Date 08-Dec-10 and the recharge of Rs.490/- has been correctly credited in your account "

    Am i being made a fool to take on the same crap 5 times.

    Cant they clearly see how much credit was given for how much amount.
