    Mr Rakesh from Airtel,

    No sir, the issue is not resolved. The only resolution that you have done is to take the case from one collection agent and given to a different agent who is no better. After mailing/posting on different forums about this problem, the only reply i get is a request for an alternate contact number which i have mentioned in my every communication. The new agent will give me 20 calls a day and would abuse and threaten. Airtel looks to be running a parallel underworld where they have hired goons and ask for whatever money they like. I hope you take some action this time and get the case closed. I have talked to the airtel guys more than my friends and family in the recent past and i swear i'll make sure i bring such behavior of airtel in front of the world through every forum/social media.

    Please do not send any further auto generated mail saying that your request is noted and we are working on it. All the replies above posted by Airtel look fake.

    Harressment by the Airtel collectors......Karthik, Darshan, Anand (918867496384, 918546941697)

    I have been an Airtel postpaid customer for the last 6yrs. Today January 25th 2012, a lady called from the Airtel Co telling me that i have to pay Rs. 6400 to them which was on the no-9901213794 which was a 3G connecting taken in the year 2011 and i have already disconnected since they charged me a huge bill of Rs. 8000, I have paid the collector Rs. 1800 which was my credit limit on 11/10/11 and i have the receipt for the same. Post that i did get a call from Airtel telling me that the account was closed.. I did call the airtel coustomer care and checked with them and they told me that this account was already closed and the complain no is - 41775633. But these collectors have been calling my family and friends and asking them for money. They have been harassing them and creating tales like I have some financial problem and i have given their reference, which is completely false. I did call the collectors who's names and no's are mentioned above and asked them to stop calling my family and friends, but they have been very abusive and threatening me to make my friends and family life miserable.
    The collectors were extremely rude and they having my call log is voilation of my privacy. This is totally uncalled for and i never expected this kind of behaviour for anybody. I am going to file an FIR on this issue on the three people mentioned, i dont know that girls name but i really want them to know their mistake. I am filing the complain to consumer court for some immediate solution.

    I was using Airtel post-paid connection +91-09560704443 I Stopped using this number because airtel was charging wrong usage value added services charge with bill from long time. I called customer care lot of time and asked them for bill correction, but airtel did not correct my bill.


    Now Airtel guys started harassing and abusing me my family my friends. even they have my new number. (some zamir khan person is calling from gurgaun and harassing and blackmaling)

    As a RTI act, I would like Airtel to disclose the contact details and numbers of the abusers, so I can take legal actions against them.

    I will pay only my usage bill to airtel not value added service charges which i have not used and not asked airtel to providing.
