No sir, the issue is not resolved. The only resolution that you have done is to take the case from one collection agent and given to a different agent who is no better. After mailing/posting on different forums about this problem, the only reply i get is a request for an alternate contact number which i have mentioned in my every communication. The new agent will give me 20 calls a day and would abuse and threaten. Airtel looks to be running a parallel underworld where they have hired goons and ask for whatever money they like. I hope you take some action this time and get the case closed. I have talked to the airtel guys more than my friends and family in the recent past and i swear i'll make sure i bring such behavior of airtel in front of the world through every forum/social media.
Please do not send any further auto generated mail saying that your request is noted and we are working on it. All the replies above posted by Airtel look fake.
