Night calling plan humne jo karaya tha 26-05.2011 rs.59 ka jo ki one month tak valid rahta hai par hamara balance main acount se kam hone laga hai dt.08.06.11 bal. kam hua hai rs.64. custmer care me baat bhi kiya par bal.kam ho hi raha hai.rs 59 ka plan 11.06.11 ko fir kiya..uske bad bhi main bal kam ho raha hai.please do the need full action my mo.no.9302210459

My no is 8882858282 and its in name of Roshan Lal Gangwani and two months before i have charged my no. with Rs 160 and after a week without any calls and messages and no caller tune activated on my no my balance grew to zero and last week i again charged my no with Rs 160 and yesterday till morning my balance was Rs40 and in the evening i got the message that my balance is Rs 8.6 without any calls and messages and no caller tune activated on my no.

So i request you to pls. check on your side whats the mistake on your side otherwise i have to switch my no to vodafone or airtel as there services are far better from yours.

My no is 8882858282 and its in name of Roshan Lal Gangwani and two months before i have charged my no. with Rs 160 and after a week without any calls and messages and no caller tune activated on my no my balance grew to zero and last week i again charged my no with Rs 160 and yesterday till morning my balance was Rs40 and in the evening i got the message that my balance is Rs 8.6 without any calls and messages and no caller tune activated on my no.

Dear Sir,
I am using Reliance GSM from Jan-2012. My Mobile No 9537936740. I don't want to continue with Bolly pack. Customer care not ready to deactivate this facility & I spending 5 Rs daily without any usage. So pl help me & deactivate this facility.
