This is reference to my airtel service,there was some problem in my bill so i had registered a query in customer care.after few days i received a call stating that they are calling from airtel i verified them & they were knowing all my account details so i believed them, they told that my Query has been resolved & i have to pay only Rs.2200 as my due so i agreed.
They sent an executive to collect the money i Spoke to the person who had called me & handed over Rs 2000 to the executive and got a receipt for the same.
The next day when i called on the same no they are telling its a wrong no and are disconnecting the call also when asked to the airtel customer care they are saying that no transactions have been done on my No.
I am worried that i have been cheated so pls help me for the same.
