This is a complain against Vodafone who charged me RS 199 in advance without any
information. I was using RS 444 Monthly Rental before. I marked a mail to vodafone
from my office email address to change it to the corporate plan, which is RS 199
Monthly Rental. My billing cycle runs from 24rd to 23rd of every month. They changed
my plan on 26th of Dec 2008. Just because they changed it three days after the
billing cycle date, they charged me RS 185 from the previous plan (Which was RS 144
Monthly Rental), RS 199 also for the same month and RS 199 more as an advance. I am
looking for the answers for few of my questions.
Q1. Why I was not told that one month rental will be charged in advance?
Q2. Why did the company change my plan on 26th of Dec, which is three days after the
billing date?
Q3. If they've changed the plan two after the billing cycle, then why did they
charge RS 185 (from the previous plan), which I haven't used?
Please take necessary action against them and try to resolve it ASAP.
