Hi Amit,Here I bring into notice that i purchased the Reliance Broadband Netconnect in last week of July'10. At the time of purchase and filling forms i wrote the Plan of Rs499/ (which is a 10GB night plan) even when i got the call from customer care i confirmed my plan and same on the day of physical verification of my billing address. But when i got my first bill after 7th Aug'10, i was shocked because amount was Rs 1500 approx., it was a shocking thing for me when i got the call from Reliance billing department i asked them to correct their mistake, because of my request i got a waiver of Rs1200/so i deposited Rs 310/- and i asked the executive on phone to correct my problem for which he said it will take one month to change your plan, in meanwhile you continue your uses but i said if billing would be done as per Rs299/ plan than what i will do? than he said "no problem, as you got an waiver now than again you will get another waiver, so use you USB Reliance Netconnect without any tension" BUt again i was conscious so i used it as per my Rs499/ plan schedule (which was supposed to be but due Reliance careless attitude or customer humiliation strategy they gave me Rs 299/ plan which is a default plan as per their executive words.) Soon, they disconnected my services and when i logged the complaint, they told we will look into this. But almost 3 months gone, as i never get any response but i got calls from billing department for recovery and everytime i told my problem and everytime they said "Ok Sir, we will get back, let me talk to my senior/manager" but they never get back to me instead i got call for bill recovery from another person than again i have to told whole story and again they have same response. Suddenly today, i got a call from number 011-64559264, person on the other side told me " I am calling from Tees Hazari Court, their is an fraud case against you filed by RMS which is going to be filed in half an hour in the court of Judge J.P.Nayar if you want to stop the file call Mr. Mahesh Dubey (Lawyer of RMS) otherwise you will be presented against the judge in the court as they will issue a summon against you." Immediately I called Mahesh Dubey (Mob No: 98737821**) when i asked him what is this all about than he asked the complaint number (which i had taken from the person called from tees hazari court) after looking the details he told me that his clinet Reliance Mobile Services had filed a suit against you charging you as a 420 as per IPC, if you want to cancel this than give them Rs2500/ so it can be settled as they have filed against you Rs 8000/ fraud, if you want to talk than take the number of Mr. Prateek (this was told when i insist to talk some concern person from RMS) i.e. 9350352946, when i callled Prateek he listened my problem properly and even i told him that i would have filed a suit gainst you for giving me plan of your choice and bill for which i am unaware than he told me ok let us calculate as per Rs499/ plan than i will call you in next 10 minutes, after 10 minutes i didn't got a call than i called Prateek again than he said it will take time, i will call you later than i told him that i might be busy so please call me between 5.30-6.00 pm today and i also gave him Mr. Mahesh dubey number on request as he want to withdraw the suit against me so i send Mr. Mahesh Number to him. But i also called Mahesh Dubey after sometime but it was again shocking for me in words of Mahesh "I speaked to Prateek and he told that both parties are ready to settle and you should be paying Rs2500/ to RMS", again i was surprised that how people are changing and immediately i called Mr Prateek to confirm but he never picked up my call.
Today when i call customer care to take the follow up of my bill than the CSE told me that your services are terminated. I am customer of Reliance CDMA from 2006 so i chose Reliance broadband but i must say they are really smart and know how to cut the pocket of customers. No complaint are entertained over here. i had never received any communication regarding termination of my services, after my first bill i never received another bill, i never received any notification of legal action against me. What are my rights as an customer or as an citizen of Indian Republic. They had tried to tarnish my image and wrongly putted suit against me and after that tees hazari call i am really tensed and disturbed as i am a person of honour, please provide me the way to justice.
