BSNL Postpoaid Mobile Bill Hi
I am BSNL customer and using Postpaid connection.
I pay my bills on time every month but next month BSNL sends last months bill added to the current month along with 20/- fine.
It is irritating everytime to pay 20/- fine though I pay bills on time.
Please advise me how I can drag BSNL to consumer court.

CALL FROM THEM THAT YOU ARE IN TRAIL PEROID OF 15 DAYS WHICH WILL END ON 8TH APRIL
IN YOUR TRAIL PEROID YOU CAN USE UNLIMITED INTERNET WITHOUT ANY CHARGES. BUT WHEN I
RECIEVED MY BILL AN ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF RS 351 ARE ADDED TO IT. AND NOBODY IS
LISTENING TO ME AT BSNL OFFICE AT KAPURTHALA {PUNJAB} BRANCH.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT
