If you are facing the same problem again and again then just send a written notice via registered post to the area nodal officer, and ask them for the proper solution + damages in the mentioned time period of 15-20 days.

I am using airtel postpaid connection since last 2 years. since beaning i am having some problem with Airtel. initially it was related to some VAS services which took one year to resolve, and now recently I am having problem with my billing plan, since last 5 months they are charging me for 2 different bill plan, every month they were committing that this will not repeat again. I approached to applet officer it self but no help.
this is not a single issue I have 2-3 more issue with Airtel (related to network, related to Do not Disturb service)
I'll appreciate if you can help me.
