Dear Sir/Madam

I was buy a Airtel postpaid connection with advance rent payment of 2
years(1450./) in July 2008.but till now I could not receive my bill I was
1st complain in Airtel C.C & Email also many times but till now I couldn't
got any call back or not resolve my problem. If I will not got my bill than
how I can pay my bill. When last dated 17th OCT I Email in Airtel than a
replay mail come, In that mail Airtel says to send me the bill in next 5
working days but till now that 5 working couldn't completed.
And now I got legal notice from Airtel, he saying that that to pay your bill
of 1888.in next 7 days but if I have no any details regarding my bills.
Kindly suggest me what I should to do

Dear Narender
I would like to inform u regarding a legal notice of Airtel postpaid
connection which send by u ..I was take this connection after pay a advance
rent to Airtel of 1455.and your client e.g. Airtel bills to costumer against
his services which he provides to costumer. I never deny to pay my bill but
any costumer who will pay after check all details which he use. Many times I
requested/mail to Airtel to provide me my bill so that I can pay it but
every times Airtel fails to provide this services. I had all the details of
my requests .
Airtel never send me the my bill than how I can pay for it. how I can pay
you until I will not check my bill details it could be wrong and Airtel was
unable to provide me this services than how I can pay.
I m not denied to pay my bill if Airtel provide me my bill which he want to
avail from me than I will pay otherwise you are free to do anything ......!
If Airtel's legal notice can reach me than why not its bill reaching
........
