This is to inform you that there have been ISD calls made from the number 9873929918 for around 1430/-which I claim I have not made.
As I have noticed the unbilled amount was unusual I contacted customer care to enquire whether there is some technical problem but there was no help extended. I request you to help as these calls are not made by me. I have been using the number since July 2007. As suggested by your agent Mohit Makhija Retention team that I can deactivate this number if I want but they will not resolve the issue. This is how they behave with their customers.
