My mobile number 9302990024 has been issued a bill of Rs 3379 dated 02/05/2005 in which I have been charged for reliance to reliance whereas I have got RIM to RIM pack activated for more than 4 months which gives free calls to any reliance number intra-circle, Knowing the importance of telephone in todays fast moving world,you can imagine the discomfort we have been having by the dissconection of our phone.I will be very thankfull to you if u tell us the action to be taken.
