I deposited I. Rs 7500/-for GPRS connection to use internet through Mobile,I purchased New Data Cable as per their instructions,All of their customer care Execuives do not know about GPRS ,Compatibility of Mobile sets and everytime There is a new Executive, I purchased a data cable at their request which is lying useless with me And they have made a huge bill for their gprs which has not been used for a single day, rather i made plenty of visits to their service centre at noida, but all in vain till date.
