Vodafone charge back

    Angry Vodafone charge back

    Dear Sir ,
    This is reagrding my vodafone bill Please note I have been paying all my bills regularly throughout for so long but this september the bill shows an adjustment of rs 1000 in the bill.
    NOW :
    I called up customer care and everytime I have got a different story from your executives which are as below :

    ** When i called first they said my last payment of rs 1100 dated 22.09.10 was cancelled and thats why the refund of rs 1000 is credited back in my account on 24.09.10. Now if the payment was received and cancelled why only 1000 rs are credited back ??? and also I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY PAYMENTS BACK FROM VODAFONE EVER.

    ** I called up again and now the new story : the executive said my bill for the month of February ( for 1000 rs ) was not received as it was a cash transaction which someone else paid to my account by MISTAKE and thats the reason the vodafone people have given back to dont know whom ??? so which is now reflecting in my account . Firstly I have never done any cash transaction for my bill payments ... but .....

    ** I called up again to reconfirm and tell your executive that i have made all the payments regularly so I got a new story !!!!... they said i have been doing all my payments regularly and this might be some mistake . I was put on hold and than got a new reply saying that the transaction in feb was done thru card but citibank people claimed it back on 24.09.10 . Now why???? and I asked where is the money deposited back from vodafone , they said to citibank .. but not in my account so far ....

    SO ALL MY PAYMENTS ARE DONE ON TIME BUT STILL RS 1000 PENDING . WHY ???? Please find attached my bank statements for feb and last bill payments for rs 1000 and rs 1100 respectively . and Pls advise by when could you resolve the same .


    I am already quiet irritated hearing to the payment reminder everytime I call some body . After 3 and half years with vodafone I am sorry and dissapointed and dont feel like keeping the no. any more .
    Its now more than one and half months and today got a reply from vodafone after calling them each and everyday and going to their store twice that they have refunded amount to some other credit card ??? than why was it deducted from my vodafone account ???
    And after every few days I hear teh irritationg payment reminder message before every call , which too they said they cant switch off as i had already requested for that twice...
    I have never been so harrased before like this and when its not at all my fault ...

    please i need some legal action and also compensation. Citibank too has given all proofs of payments but vodafone people just dont understand ..

    Well I even mailed the vodafone people mentioning thats not my credit card . havent got reply so far .. called the senior executive couldn get thru so requested a call back which they said wud be in two hours .. Its already 24hrs no response....

    Default balanace deduction..

    my name is khurshid ul islam .. and my cell no is 8713964106 .. my balance has been deducted from my account with out any confirmation ... so i kindly request u guys to refund my money 12 rupees... i a myself a csr working for aiges vodafone srinagar with crm id lkhurshidui.... its some fault with backend team so plzz refund my money.....
