i am using a hutch connection for the past one and a half years. since february hutch has begun to charge me some sms charges for msn mobile services. i havr been using these services for as long as i have had the connection and i have never been charged, i have since been trying to get hutch to call me back every month but so far no action has been taken. i also asked them to send me a list of sms i ahve send since feb. but that too has not been sent. this has caused be great mental anguish.
