Deducted amount from credit card even we paid the bill amount I am Raghavendra and my Airtel number is 98453 32983, which is post paid connection.
on 18/04/2009 in Mysore i paid my aitel bill of Rs. 410.00 Bill Number "MYS/NO3715" at Sandesh Agencies, Authorized ARC Point.
Even though the mobile bill is paid 4 days prior to the auto debit date from my credit card, the mount 407.31 is again deducted from my credit card on 22/04/2009 with reference number "74477489112012114833829"
Please let me know what action we can take for this problem, where they will deduct the amount even we pay the bill amount in advance.
