I have paid Rs. 450 for reliance mobile bill. No amount was credited to my account till date. I have deposited in the month of november 2009. Why. I have complained to reliance call center, web world unlimited times but still nothing happened. Even they have given me wron receipt i.e. receipt for change of mobile from prepaid to postpaid. But my number was already post paid. My mobile no. - 09320844821. Please address this issue as it creates mental pressure that u pay a perticular sum (irrespective of amount involved) and than such kind of response is received. I have valied origional reliance slip with seal affixed on that.
