I am using prepaid service, number is 9907979946 and as and when the amount has been deducted from my balance , so please do the needful.

Few days back my balance got deducted for no reason , when i tried calling customer care they directed me to different person and then cut the call. I left that issue but again yesterday around 40 rs got deducted for no reason within 5 min of 100Rs recharge.

I called customer care, same thing happened , they did not resolve the issue.

Worst part is, they have limit of calling 3 times a day and for no reason i am not able to connect to customer care for 2 days.

This is very unprofessional way and bad skill of treating customer. I have been with airtel since 7 yr and i dont think they are concerned about there issues.

hope this gets resolved earliest.
