    Angry Airtel Mobile Postpaid

    In the month of June our Company entered into CUG Plan of Airtel with 8 nos. All connections were converted from Pre-paid to postpaid except one which was already a post paid connection. The Pre-paid to post paid numbers are getting bills on the name of the company but the postpaid number is getting bills on the name of some other concern. The complaint has been given to Airtel thousands of times but with no result for the past 3 months. To top it all they keep sending bill in the wrong name and when asked for an amended bill, the reply is that is not possible. After such response from Airtel, I have decided not to make any further payment to Airtel till the matter is resolved. Lots of calls come from the Airtel call centre to make payment but with no solution to the existing bill problem. It is also to be mentioned here that one more number though converted from prepaid to postpaid receives calls to convert to postpaid again. It seems that there is no use of any complain, because the next person calling up does not have any idea of such complaints being made on a regular basis and almost everyday. The last thing I will do is return all 8 Airtel Numbers and shift to a different service provider, if the problem is not resolved within the next 24 hours.
