    Default complain against TATA docomo



    TATA DOCOMO service has deducted rupees 30.00 from my account, without any prior notice.
    The same has happened TWICE previously also.
    If I call to customer care, they just keep on ignoring.
    Every time they disconnect my call.
    Please do the needful.

    Default Very much disturbed with the unwanted service activation without my intention

    My contact number is 9036145125. I'm from bangalore. I'm getting 5-6 sms daily from 54321 number. and with out my intention its giving sms like you are successfully subscribed to weekly karnataka news, jokes, fengshui, sandalwood news. and it's deducting 10 Rs/- for each service. Pls stop this type of business. I tried customer care for many times but of no use.

    Rep/Sir,
    I Sunil Kumar Deo Mob-.No-09039951320. I rechage Rs.100.00 but then my account one time Rs.30.00 decuction,then second time Rs.30.00 and lastle Rs.10.00 decution.So why my account deduction and my mob.only activated incoming and outgoing only, message not required.

    I Rajeev Ranjan Kishore mob-7204679803 since i have taken the tata docomo service i am facing tha problem of balance stealing.
    No with this diduction of Rs. 30 now it became 11th times . they are activating fake service without any prior ivr or sms. for every deduction i
    have called customercare at least 11 to 15 times but they are not responding inproper way. they are saying you will get the money back in 4 hour
    but they are always luying about that.
    please do necessary actions

    respected sir,
    I am a student .My mobile no. is 8147777163.Bangalore doing my P.G. I am the customer of tata docomo from last 6 or 7 month.Truely saying sir i am not satisfied with your services.You have all things hidden,its all u lie.The services are c catagory...third class.In between 15th and 20th sept. i recharged with 49 Rs. But your representatives telling i have not done recharge.But for that recharge your representatives refund ten Rs to me if you check my refunds.Due to this my caLL charges changed,i lost so much of my money calling peoples,previously it was half paisa per second and suddenly you changed my plans and i lost so much.please recover it.
    Your representatives are most foolish peoples i ever talked.you see how much money they have stolen from my account and then i fight with them and get refunded,why you are stealing my money,why should i always have to call for refund?
    i dont have other works?
    I am really sick of all your doings,so i put it for portability but yet i am not portabled , why? i applied for two times.
    Now i am in mood to do a legal case against tata docomo.I will do a case in consumer court soon if you dont take proper actions.
    I am sick of your third class services,please refund my all mean and port my number,please

    Default My Balance cut

    To,
    TATA DOCOMO

    Kind Att. Mr. Manoj

    This is to inform you that once again a sum of Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance in 9th October 2011 without our knowledge and consent from my phone connection no.7405372090

    Earlier also the same thing had happened and the matter was resolved by you. We are enclosing here with the copy’s of the earlier matter for your pursuer.

    Today also they have deducted Rs.30

    We fail to understand that inspite of our repeated complaints and informing you not to provide any extra service than also you are cutting the amount from our balance. Therefore this is last warning for the last time and hence forth we shall file sute case against you in the consumer court .If the full balance along with penalty balance is not given by today night we shall aproach the court and mind you we will not leave any stone uncovered to damage your reputation.

    Therefore kindly revert our balance which you have deducted from our balance.
