    Default Vodafone Billing problem



    Stop sending this crap again and again ...see my submitted Lease rent
    copy with CAF and it is clearly mentioned that my address is SECTOR - 6
    not Sector -4.



    I'm copying consumer forum ( Govt Of India) and CNBC as a proof of the
    fact that the kind of people Vodafone has hired.



    My patience is now really really running out !!!!!!!!!!

    Dear Sir ,

    This is to bring to your notice , that Vodafone has been behaving very
    irresponsibly . The below chain mails will give you an idea how much
    Vodafone is harassing me.



    Despite of getting my address verification on correct address, they
    for some reason changed my address to some strange one and claimed that
    they sent my first bill on that address. On contacting their very rude
    customer care , I was told that I asked them to change the address. How
    come they activated my phone if I asked them to update my address to a
    wrong one without giving them any proof.



    Now they disconnected my blackberry phone without sending me the bill ,
    despite of me requesting again and again for updating the address where
    they did the verification.



    This was my official connection and I'm suddenly out of work due to non
    access to my e-mails and also can not connect my contacts. On the top of
    it they are asking me to go to their store and complete all the
    formalities once again and then they will change the address. I have
    spoken to Amit and today again one Manas who was literally shouting on
    me which you can make out by listening to the call records.



    Please help urgently.

    Dear Nidhi ,



    I have bought a corporate connection and the number is 9711195560. With
    your records you can probably also check that this has got Blackberry
    activated on to it.



    My residential address is :



    C-Sector - 6 , Plot # 30 ,

    202 , Bahawalpur Apartments ,





    Dwarka , New Delhi - 110075.



    This was the same address where my address verification was done at the
    time of activation. You can also check the physical hard copy of the
    form I filled in at the time of buying this connection and the same
    address has been mentioned on it.



    Now some body did not do his job correctly and mistyped my address as
    Sector - 4 instead of Sector- 6 and now all the correspondence is going
    on that address including my Bill . Obviously I have not been able to
    pay my first bill since I have not received and also this is a
    corporate connection which requires a hard copy to get reimbursed.



    My question is how come I received the table clock from your company on
    my correct address. How come my verification was done at the correct
    address and now how come my bill been dispatched to a wrong address.



    I'm really worried since this is a blackberry phone and I really need to
    be approachable at all times by my company.



    Please help as my first experience with you guys is not giving me the
    correct signals for a long and fruitful relation ship.



    Please resolve this on priority . I also spoke to some Ankit in your
    customer care wh0 banged the phone on my face saying I need to send all
    the documents once again and he never call me back even if the phone was
    disconnected ( usual excuse of the telle callers.).

    Exclamation Vodafone Plans

    Mr. Raj, though a printed pamphlet, offerred a service plan with Rs.58.30 rental per month plus Rs.200/- as one time payment for a new connection of cellular service being provided by Hutch. I accepted and made application with photo and other documents, Instead of Rs.58.30 I will have to pay Rs.149/- minimum as rentral per month. I have been cheeted by the Company and/or its field representative.
