Airtel is cheating on per-paid mobile recharge through net banking On dated 26.09.2010, time: 06:21 pm, I have recharged my Airtel pre-paid mobile no.: 07898502341 through ICICI Bank net banking with the amount Rs 333.00. The details of payment are given in the attached pdf file. After successful payment I received a SMS on my mobile " You have been successfully recharged with Rs 0.00......" . After contacting customer care, they told " On Rs 333.00 recharge, you will get 120 minutes local calls per day airtel to airtel with zero balance." But this information is not given anywhere on Airtel web site.
Please take necessary action to correct the fault by the airtel and credit the balance amount after deduction of taxes for recherge of Rs 333.00 in my mobile no.: 07898502341.

Airtel prepaid online recharge not yet done on my mobile.. I had recharged my prepaid mobile no. 9560846650 online through ICICI Bank for Rs.100/- on 19th Jan 2011 and I got an sms the same day that my no has been successfully recharged with Rs.88/- but when I checked my balance I found to my surprise that it has not been topped up. I have been calling Airtel customer care today so many times but I am put on hold for so long just to charge me Rs.0.50 for 3 min call and then no one comes on the line to attend my complaint. I didnt know Airtel is stooping down so low to earn a few bucks by its customers calling up its customer care ppl..
I would like to know how am I supposed to talk to Airtel and resolve this issue and to top up my prepaid no. which I have already paid online.
Can anyone guide me pls??

Airtel prepaid online recharge not credited My airtel prepaid mobile number is 9845878735. I recharge two times for Rs.333 using ICICI internet banking facility. For the first recharge I received SMS message saying that ''Your recharge is not succesful. Please try again after sometime.' But the amount is debited from my account and not balance was appearing in the mobile. I recharged again for the second time. But again the amount is debited from my accoint ; but recharging was not succesful. The Payment ID's are 208203367 and 208131697. Please do the needful.

Pre-paid mobile recharge did not happen My problem is same as Nisha's. I recharged my dad's mobile (97892 86946) using ICICI netbanking twice on the same day for Rs 200 and Rs. 100 respectively (on 15-May-2011). The amounts were credited from my bank a/c but just got a message on my dad's mobile that the recharge was unsuccessful. I waited for couple of days hoping that either Airtel or ICICI will correct the issue, but the amount still remains credited and the phone still remains un-charged.

airtel prepaid online didn't happen I made a Rs 333 airtel prepaid online recharge at my number 9999643256 on 31/01/2012 at 10pm but didn't get the recharge on my phone nor the receipt as an email or message. When i checked my bank statement they have made the payment. I mean why do you provide all this services , when you have to cause so much trouble ?
Seriously , If any customer care is worse, then Its Airtel call center. I called them regarding the non- receipt of email and message regarding my airtel prepaid, they just hung up !!!
