With utmost grief i would like to bring into your kind notice that i am contantly facing problems regarding my undue deduction of balance from my Reliance GSM handset no.9835110635 (prepaid). For particulars I would like to mention that couple of months back i faced the same problem, but the deduction, then, was under the head caller tunes. I filed a complaint with the Reliance communication customer care(Ranchi) for the refund of my balance, but to no use, although the caller tune was deacticated. This month i faced the same problem with Rs. 30 getting deducted under the head bhavishwani. On approaching to the Reliance communication customer care centre (Ranchi), inspite of listning grievances they are unnessesarily defering complains and ask to contact the head office. Facing this weired situation i wish to unsubscribe to Relaince services but hepless because of distributed numbers. I am facing a lot of trouble, and with no proper solution coming up as to the refund of balance, it is adding to my worries.

Kindly, take neccessary actions against those responsible and do the needful as there are still many peole facing this problem, and to whom Rs. 30 comes after days hard work !
