    Unhappy complaint against vodafone

    I am having a Vodafone connection a opt a talk plan at 50 paisa. I want an extra number to be added in my group for that I visited the voda store. At voda store I told them the number whixh has to be added to the group and the executive told me that it will take next 3 working days to get activated. I also received a SMS stated that your services will be activated within 3 days. But after 3 days gone and the services were not activated, and when I call on toll free number 111 for enquiry they just told us that we have not received any request or the request will processed with in 72hrs. Its being more then 10 days and still the service is not activated.

    Please look into the matter.

    Respected sir,

    I am a vodafone user on 23/04/2009, my hello tune service was activated
    without any request. when i complained to the coustomer care, they
    filed my complaint and said me that your hello tune will be deactivated
    and your ballance will be returned wuth in 48hrs but its almost been 72
    hrs but when i contact them they said that your probem is resolved and
    its your fault. Im suffering from negative ballance from last four days
    and im gettin no solution.

    now my last hope is consumer court and i need a solution....

    please help me sir..

    Sub:-Regarding bad customer service from your end.

    I feel very sorry to say that private companies like vodafone are making false promises to the people of Punjab that they are best in the market in customer service. Vodafone promise to keep good customer record and service before the media and customers. But in reality , this is bundle of lies and bunch of crooks.

    I have made several requests to your office regarding to activate GPRS on my mobile phone through proper channel from the last 30 days. I have also called your office at Faridkot and contact Mr Gaurav 9888018709, but he always made false promise that service will start just in 5 minutes. University office have also sent email to Mr Garurav at his gaurav.soi@vodafone.in but all in vain.

    After this, the University office has sent several emails regarding this to Mr. Gaurav because we need GPRS because of some emergency work. But the he did not reply and activate the GPRS.

    Now the same person(Mr.Gaurav) is not picking my phone and my office phone i.e 01639-256236,256232.

    After this, I have also made contact to one Mr. Vikram Bains 99888808816, he also made me fool as Mr. Gaurav did.

    After him, I rang up to Mr. Ishwinder 9888018318 and he also did not pick the phone.

    I have also contact to your customer care “111” several times, but they are also trained by above two person with same reply.

    I was totally surprise to know if above two responsible persons are making false promise and claiming that vodafone is best. I know vodafone is best in making false promise and bad customer service.

    The logo of the company on the identity cards of above all person bearing “Happy to help” but is should be “Happy to disturb”. I think you are helping the “Happy” only, not the rest of world. You are only building the castle in the air and do nothing. You are doing nothing but mental harassment to the customers.

    The other logo of the company is “Greedy DOG”, who is always running after the people of Punjab and looting them. So, beware of DOGS.

    At last, I want to suggest you that :-

    1. Change your logo ”Happy to help” to “Happy to Disturb”.
    2. Always make false promise.
    3. Trained your staff not to help the people but charging huge bills.
    4. Do not recruit the staff for help lines, it is just wasting of money. So, save money which is looted by your good office.
    5. Send your representative for selling new connection so that more harassment may be possible in the Punjab.
    6. You should also purchase phone connection from other service provider for better service.
    7. Change your heading “Help 24X7” in to “We are making foolish 24X7”
    I hope you will do the appropriate action on my suggestions so that vodafone may collapse.

    I have a problem with my mobile service provider. As I had to go to Bangalore on office work, I checked with the vodafone whether they have any topups which will charge me less on roaming. They advised me to recharge with Rs 149 and they said that I will get 135Rs balance and the incoming calls and outgoing calls will charged as 0.75Rs/min. But whenever I make a call I am getting charged Rs1.50/min and incoming Rs 1/min and the amount is getting deduted from my main balance instead of getting deduted from Rs 135.

    As my balance is getting deduted from main balance, I lost the incoming calls one entire day due to no balance. I reported the same to the customer care and they said that I will given a talktime of Rs 149 and they created a service request 1200367060 to be resolved by october 22nd 6pm. Still the request is unanswered and I am calling them for the past 3 days and everytime they are saying that the request is in processing stage and will take 24 hours.

    I got frustrated listening to that and I asked them to transfer the call to the next level person.I made this call from Bangalore and my call is unanswered by the executive 3 times. Each time my call went for 10 minutes and it costed me 30*2.40=72Rs.

    I don't know how to take this and I request you to take necessary action and get my things done.

    i had recharged my mobile phone from a retail shop of vodafone on 1st Jan. 2010 . But Six days still my balance has not been updated. i have tried to contact customer care but could not be contact .

    sir, I am SOUMYA BHANDARI,use vodafone connection i.e.9830325494,from approx 4 years.I have recharged for vodafone live 09.01.2009,and access it.But there have some problem occured,i saw incidently my balance deducted rs.303/ and when i asked to vodafone custmer care they just avoid it and say i downloaded hungama software,which was wrong.they also not attend me in next time.i complaint to TRAI dated 13.01.2009,but no response.

    Hi,
    This is E.Satyanarayana from andhra pradesh.
    I'm using the vodafone number from 3 1/2 years.
    At present i'm not using using that number for outgoing so that i want to make that number in to prepaid.
    But the service of the vodafone is very worst that i have not expected from them.
    And now i want to put a legal case and i want to SEW on them.
    So please could any one help me on this process and do me the favour as early as possible.

    Question complaint regarding vodaphone number 9888944222, 9888884440

    Hi,
    I am Sonia Bhandari. i had two vodaphone post paid connectiones, one was on my nane n seccond was on my sister's name ( kiomal bhandari) vide number 9888944222 n 9888884440. we had requested to close our connectiones on oct-2009. the executive told us that your request for ecs closure has been proceeded n plz make the full payment n we made full n final payment for both connections.
    after some days i came to know that ECS has again been cleared from my account for the same payment.
    now from last 6 months m just trying to get my money back but no budy is giving me status of my complaint n not even providing me my complaint number, at every visit they just ask me my contact number n promisses to call me back with in 24 hours.
    m still waiting for any kind of response
