    i have a vodafon prepaid no 9717660102 n i hv just changed inti post paid connection .. they are maikng fool of me n make a fake deal with me they r telling me sir in our no office offer plan is avialable in which u cal make a vodafon no unlimited ..... wen they said maine office plan le liya but after purchasing office plan its wen i talked with cstmr care executive they r telling me ki sir no any kind of office plan is avilable 4 u.....

    Default balance deduction

    Dear sir,
    i have recharged my vodafone number which is 9711705691 with Rs 499. they told us that i will be able to use unlimited internet for one month. but after my rechage i used it after 12 hours and my balance was deducted. then i have contacted the complaint helpline but they simply droped my call without answering me..
    Kindly help me and tell the procedure to solve this problem.

    Hi,

    My name is Rohini Negi. I had taken one Vodafone No. 9833742132 for my mother’s usage. But it was very surprising that without any request they were sending Cricket Score alerts every now and then on the same number for which they were charging Rs. 5/- to Rs. 15/- per SMS. We used to get bill for Rs. 500/- to Rs. 1,000/- for the facility which we never used. I made payment of the monthly charges except for the unwanted facility provided by them.

    We called up so many a times to the Vodafone number and every time they used to take complaint / request and assuring that the facility will be closed within 4hours / 5 hours / 24 hours etc. but they didn't kept their promise.

    Now I am getting regular calls from them asking me why u r not making payment, provide us the complaint number, whom you have spoken etc whereas they never reverted when we made complaints. I am really fed up of them. Please help me out in resolving this issue.

    No reply from Vodafone to this post. I have an additional comment to make. Vodafone sent me an sms stating that there was a bill balance to be paid hence the MNP couldn't be done. This is the most ridiculous reply as my a/c is linked to my credit card and they can debit my card and transfer the number. Why is that not being done ?

    Dear Sir,
    I am your Vodafone Customer since 5/6 years (earlier it was prepaid till 1998-2003 and later changed to post paid)
    As per my talk with your CCE(Customer Care Executive) Mr Bhagwan Sakharam Jangli today morning, I am sending this complaint by email, PLEASE RESPOND ME within 24 hours else.
    I have never faced this situation earlier where I have stayed with you in Vodafone and not switched over to other service provider only on your assurance and given few freebies.
    I am writing this email after being tired of verbal talk with your CCE (Customer Care Executive) I have called CCE 31 times for this problem.
    In the month of March I had requested for portability to other service provider. But your CCE had offered me new added benefit like STD Rental FREE for the life time (Rs.50.00) which is not yet done and the same came to my knowledge when I verified the bill in details in the month of June which still shows that Rs.50. is charged (this total amount has be reverses in the account) After this thing I have called to CCE continuously to solve the matter but as on today, it is not solved. They still assure to clear the matter but might be that they are not putting the case to the upper executives. I need reply today itself any how.
    One more thing is that I am waiting for to waive the above charges and hence not making the payment (because many times it happens that the CCE promises but the result is nil)
    due to which late payment charges of Rs.100.00 is debited in my last 3 bills, This is too much that when customer is not paying, you charge them late payment charges and when you have not reimbursed the above, who will be responsible ? Please add Rs.300 more in addition to the above as late reverse charges, then it will be justified to me.
    Next is Vodafone live charges is debited Rs.143.00 (Sept bill) which I had deactivated in the month of August 2011 itself ,then why it is there in the bill, please cancel that also.
    Your billing/collection team has called me 18 times to pay the bill which is like harashment and I have given them same reply to cancel all above charges first.
    I may inform you that until the entire amount mentioned above is removed other than those which are actual usage charges are cancelled, I won’t pay any amount asked by you. You please note this.

    Default Money is Charged without using Service

    Hi,

    I've been a loyal customer with Vodafone for quite sometime now.
    I've been using vodafone number from past 3 years 8 months and all these days i never got any proper assistance from any of your customer service executive whenever i sought for their assistance. Only time when Vodafone CSE responded promptly when i wanted to take an internet plan. But as usual after taking the 95Rs per month plan i used to get Ethernet connection on and off, so i finally decided to discontinue the service after one month of usage. Though the service was discontinued i used to see the ethernet sign on my phone once in a while. so i wanted to confirm it with the CSE whether it was discontinued, & he said it is already discontinued.

    on 14th Oct' 2011 i recharged my phone with 222 Rs. But within 5/7 days without making enough calls my balance became very low...earlier also it used to happen, but i never registered any complaint as that is a time-consuming task to get to speak to the Vodafone CSEs and on top of that nowadays it is chargeable also. On 26th oct, 2011 again i recharged my phone with 100Rs. which again got disappeared without using it enough.

    Finally out of sheer frustration i decided to visit vodafone store out of my very hectic schedule and i lodged a complaint (the complaint no. is 1321849242 ) and the attendant told me i was mainly getting charged for browsing internet using i was not at all using. He said they will rectify it and refund my money withing 2 days. But later i got a message from Vodafone side saying that my request couldn't be processed. When i called the CSEs, he confirmed it was valid charge for internet service.

    I seriously wonder why does Vodafine keep those parrots to handle customers' valid concerns. no customer calls CSEs to have a fun chat, they only call in the hope that some one will listen to their issue and resolve it or give some resolution. But in which way any customer get benefited i don't know. So think about it why do you employ those guys.

    Without using internet at all i was falsely charged and nothing happened when i contacted those robotic people. So where is the "Happy To Help" approach i don't see. I firmly believe it's only there in papers for the CEOs/ COOs etc to make fancy statements, the actual users don't get it in reality. I'm changing my number from vodafone to some XYZ service provider because their pathetic customer looting approach. I was cheated for past 3 +years. I'm writing this complaint just to make a note that how badly customers are frustrated with your service. The day is not too far when your own employees will loot you to the core with the false numbers of new SIM cards sold and wrong projections and you'll have to shut your operation.

    Dear Sir,

    I have received my Vodafone Mobile bill for the No.9325299044 and
    I have been charged

    Rs. 220/- for Local SMS

    Rs. 18/- for National SMS

    Rs. 5/- for National SMS

    No credit is given for 200 free SMS as per Plan, I have not subscribed for any SMS pack, 200 free SMS are as per my NC_MG_MV_Poorti149 plan I was not informed that this SMS cannot be done on 5 Black days.

    Further one SMS on No. 9422135852 is charged at ISD rate Rs. 5/- & call to the same no is charged at Rs. 6.4/- ISD rate & I was Informed by customer care executive this is USA no. which is not so this is Local Maharashtra No.

Please be informed that the charges towards SMS usage have been correctly levied in your bill dated 05/11/2011 as you have sent messages on 06/10/2011 (Dassera) and 26/10/2011 (Diwali). All messages sent on national holidays and special occasions such as New Year's Day, Friendship Day, Independence Day, Dassera, Christmas, New Year Eve, and Diwali will be charged at normal rates between 00:00 Hrs to 24:00 Hrs as follows: Local messages at Re. 1, STD messages at Rs. 1.5 and ISD messages at Rs. 5. Email us at vodafonecare.mah@vodafone.com for any further assistance or you can also register complaints on our toll free number 198.

    Myself Hemant Agarwal. I m continue receiving a bill of Mobile NO. 9811924738 which belongs to Shokeen Khan. There is nobody of Shokeen Address of my address. This person is misusing our address and your vodafone service. Please do necessary action asap for further process
