    My vodafone mobile number is 8054489002 in the name ashwani kumar. It is a prepaid connection. I have just purchased this new connection but due to some worst experience from the paid customer care department of vodafone i have to think that may be i have taken a wrong decision to be part of vodafone network.
    I make my number recharge one week back i.e. on 14th July 2010. after three days vodafone send me a message that u have activated some music and all so 30 rs will be deducted from ur account. i immediately call the paid customer care number but their language and reply is horrible. They have we have to proof that u have make a request to activate this service that is why we have deduct the amount from ur balance.
    After two days at 9 : 55 i just make a call to my friend and after 15 min i got another message that ur account balance is 102 thanx for activating some music activation from vodafone. I again make a call to paid customer care but the reply is the same that i have send the request and vodafone co. have the proof that i have maken a request to activate the service.

    i can also prove the vodofone authorities that i have not activated any additional service. I have 13 vodofone number which make me disturb during my office our i called them vodafone bakwas so that i should not attend the same and my work should not be disturb.

    i will persue this matter to the higher level till i will get the satisfactory answer from the vodafone authorities and this is a challenge.

    Send a written notice to the Vodafon Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with Refund and Damages with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.

    Respected sir ,
    I want file a case against vadafone telecome service regarding caller tune activation procedure; they are activating the caller tunes without the interest of customer at the cost of thirty rupees (in my case every day they send message of activation and deducted amount nearly 90 rupees), which makes negative balance and impede the outgoing. In spite of repeatedly complaint to the customer service regarding the same they are ignoring the things and repeating the same ruthlessly .
    I need procedure for further advancement regarding file a case.

    Myself Soman Bhowmick customer of vodafone.i want to convert my prepaid connection to postpaid connection,so that i call CUSTOMER CARE OF VODAFONE their executive and collect 250 Rs as Sequrity money (14th of june) from me.i told them its urgent so do your process as early as possible.Their executive come in my rented home when i am in office or out of Delhi.after a 1month agin i call CUSTOMER CARE they told me submit your document in VODAFONE STORE.Then i went to VODAFONE STORE (East of kailash) again i have submited 250 Rs.but my connection was not activated again i was call CUSTOMER CARE they send their executive i was give him my another documents "My office address proof".but still now my connection is not activated and now my prepaid connection also fail show YOUR SIM IS NOT REGISTERD & OUT OF NETWORK COVERAGE.now i m totally discouned with my family & office.Though i a Divisional Customer service officer(Technologist) in MNC a company.That also hamper my office activity.Its too much.
    I have suffer 2month i want to case againt VODAFONE in consumer court

    I work for TCS e-serve Ltd which is in Goregoan. Their are vodafone associates standing out in our office premises selling out vodafone tcs special plans meant only for TCS employees guess you got an tie up with TCS. I got 2 vodafone numbers registered under Sarita Gaikwad's name 9619334585 and 981922458 both the number are enrolled for Group vodafone plan for almost 15 months. I wanted to change my plan from group plan to TCS corporate plan (CUG-FREE for TCS eserve employee as per the pamphlet distributed) whose rental is for Rs. 150 per month, your vodafone associate guided me to visit gallery as only there my request could be accepted. In the month of May i visisted Vodafone gallery which is in Ghatkopar west opposite to shreyas cinema. I told customer care executive about my request for change of plan (executive name preeti) she told me to submit all the necessary document needed for this plan change. On the next visit i submitted all the documents being told by your executive. I submitted copies of 2 months salary slip, my company offer letter, my driving license with the filled vodafone change my plan form all the copies were attested by me and also paid the unbilled amount (RS. 350 for 9819224585 and Rs. 120 for 9619334585) than your executive told that for the plan transfer i got to change the number on your name and for that I would require the persons document on whom these numbers are registered I said when I visited at that time I was not at all informed about this if you could have told me earlier than I would have brought them with me she said sorry Sir for the inconvenience but I need them or else it cannot be done as I got to transfer it urgently I again visited with the all the necessary document being told by your executive attested by sarita(number was registered in her name) i gave her driving license and again a vodafone change form. Couple of days I got an message from vodafone stating we have received your request and transfer would be done as soon as possible. I thought if I have received this sort of confirmation than it would be done so for the month of May and June i din bothered as I was under impression that it has been done properly. By fluke regarding some enquiry I called up customer care that time i came to know that my numbers are into same plan and change has not been done so on 27 July almost after 2 months i visited same vodafone gallery their I told your executive named amar about this and was shocked by the answer given by the executive my case is been handled by preeti as she took the request so she only can help and assist you in this case and that girl was on leave for that day isn't this stupidity this is how customers are been treated and when on shouting for an hour over their he assured me that sir i will personally ask preeti that when she comes next day for work first thing is to sort out your case I ask how i will come to know this so this bugger said sir you will get an SMS and also call from her, I said if i dint than he was like we are here to help you and not to harass you mark my words you will get an 100% definate confirmation call from our side. This is how genuine customer get paid for I mean is this an acceptable solution. I asked him what was the reason for so much delay answer was she dint entered the account number because of which our system is not accepting. I was like what the f*** whose fault is this now. I asked the what account number so he was like sir its some technical code that needs to be key in and that she only knows. I felt like hitting him because of your people negligence why we got to suffer after having arguments he said sir don’t worry you will reimbursed the amount after calculation and would be adjusted once again helpless I left from their with an feeling that it would be done next day. 2 weeks passed no sms no call nothing was received from your end being pissed off this I visited that store again on 21st august to know where my case has reached and was sent back as system were down and they cannot answer any of my queries. So again on Tuesday i.e. on 23rd august I again visited with an hope of getting an solution but this time Vodafone crossed the limits I got an answer that sir I cannot help you with the earlier request why because the girl who took your request is been transferred to another department and what I would like to suggest you is that you submit all those documents again or take an new connection. Just imagine what sort of pain and torcher we customers are getting. I asked what about the unbilled amount that I paid for the month of May as I had paid the unbilled amount as well as the whole month bill which was not adjusted nor the unbilled amount was deducted, answer was sorry sir I cannot help you in this and started giving excuses which were just difficult to digest. Sir if you could have come to me I would have done this properly, why you came so late you should have kept a track of your request, I said how to keep track you people never give any kind of acknowledgement any proof so that we could present before you he was than just short of words. Later on he called up to some senior person and that senior person directly without any concern or courtesy answered Sir only thing that can be done is that you got to submit again those documents I asked what about my documents submitted earlier she said no idea.

    No idea damn it those where legal documents being attested by me any body could misuse them. She also said their has an sms sent from our side stating that your request is been rejected, I said no I dint received any than she was like that’s impossible our system is error free and systematic now what should I say. I asked can you please transfer it to some prepaid plan she than rudely answered no again for that also we would require documents so easily she made me feel that it was all my fault. My fault that I dint followed up my request, my fault that I dint took any acknowledgement, my fault that I dint received the sms, my fault that I dint provided the account number.

    What to do where to go whom to complaint as coz of work we don’t get time to deal or to look into this kind of matter. As I was getting late for work and after spending again an hour over their I had to leave empty handed from there.

    This is an serious and am being totally harassed. Now am not concerned about my number nor about my money as for the second time I am being disturbed by you guys first time also when i took new connection for post paid your people misplaced my documents and were forced me to submit all the documents again that time i dint took any step and ignored but this time I look into that i seriously follow up my complaint and would get sort of satisfaction out of it.

    This email's copy would also be sent to consumer court and also to one of the media so that everybody may know how vodafone screws customers, customers who purchased and used their services for almost more than 5 years.

    Default Migration from Vodafone Postpaid to Prepaid

    Hello,

    Few months back I have moved from Karnataka to Gujarat and Thats why I requested vodafone to convert my PostPaid connection to Prepaid on 16th July 2010. I received a mail stating that process has been started and they will let me know once it is complete.

    After few days I received a call from Vodafone and she asked reasons. She started suggesting new plans in Vodafone postpaid, But when I was firm on my decision she said someone will contact me for the migration. Then again I did not receive any call for migration, after this I sent them few reminder mails for which I did not receive any response. when I sent a mail saying that I will complain against them then I received a call from Vodafone and Then same thing they suggested new plans but after sometime when I was firm on my decision Vodafone told me that they will migrate and Let me know.

    Now It has been more than 1.5 months for whole process and I have not received any update.

    I have taken a new Vodafone postpaid connection in Gujarat and I want my other connection to be migrated to prepaid. But Vodafone is not co-operating. I have been a Vodafone Postpaid customer for more than 3 Years and I never expected that Vodafone will not co-operate like this.

    Please sir let me know what can be done to expedite this process or to Register a complain against Vodafone.

    i have rechared 97pack for mobile internet on date 24sep2010. and i camplained to custmer care on 25sep but my problem not soleved from one week. the custmer care executive not support....

    I feel very sorry to say that private companies like vodafone are making false promises to us that they are best in the market in customer service. Vodafone promise to keep good customer record and service before the media and customers. But in reality , this is bundle of lies and bunch of crooks.
    pls do something before i go to consumer forum to camplain against vodafone......

    I am one of customer using Vodafone connection(9888406890 ) for last one and half year , never had a problem , But for last couple of month I am facing a problem , in spite of depositing Copy of DL , ration card and ,Passport as ID proof but still my number is still barred 4th time , I have even visited one of your office in Zirakpur ( mini store) to deposit my voter ID card , I was been Informed that since your number is unbarred you do not have deposit document , now again my number is barred .(he also gave me update that for Vodafone you have deposit your document every six month as per new role ).This number is for my office use if it is not working I might lose my Job. I neither want loose this number .hope you will do the needful.

    If I calling the help line my call is either put on hold and call is disconnect or not answered ,in spite of charging for service if this case then you should do something , that will change mind set about you as cellular operator. If you want I can give name of people that I spoke , best thing about that conversation, I was been told that there is no manager over there on floor .


    Again my mobile Clip service was disconnected on 29 sep 2010 , again asking for document , again submitted voter-card , was given a request number #2165789488 , & was told that your services will resorted with in 4 hrs but even after calling customer care for one my call was put on hold for while and disconnected , in spite of been a chargeable call my complaint was not addressed ,Time 4pm -4:49 pm , best part I was charge Rs 35 for this paid call . I even call on 198 and spoke to damandeep , and asked for supervisor she put me on hold and barred my IVR

    till now I am facing the same problem it been 5 days no response , I have had loss of RS 6000 as unable answer call of my patient on time ,eventually lost those customer ,who is responsible for it ? how to rectify
    it

    sir i am vodafone customer no.9620335401. on october 1 i have recharged for 75 r's. On 2nd october vodafone co. Deducted 60 without any reason and information. When i contacted customer care they registered complaint ref.no. 1260452634 and told will refill acco. By 4th oct. Still today they didnt refill. Instead they lock my no to call customer care. And the customer care behaved indecently and carelessly,hence it made me mental torcher.

    please look into this matter and kindly give me justice.

    D/a,

    I was using the Vodafone number(9886756326) from 2005 (Almost 6 years) . I have been Charged Rs.350 + on August 2010 for Friendship day as SMS charges even though after activating the unlimited SMS offer pack of Rs.80/- . All the other connection in this Telecom segment are intimating the customer one day PRIOR to the Special day about the charges. But this Vodafone company have't intimated anything about the charges and they have simply Levied the charges in my August '10 bill (Total Bill amt Rs.1172/- - Bill period 25/07/2010 to 24/08/2010) . They will send sooo many msgs to the customers about the promotional offers etc but they cant send a single MSG to the customer one day prior to the special day about the charges.

    When i visited the Vodafone office (Seshadripuram , Bangalore ) for solving this issue. After several arguments The Officer or the Store in-charge was not in a position to solve the same nor able to return back my money . So i submitted the cancellation request immediately on 27/august/2010.

    It is been confirmed by the staff that the Connection will continue until it Cancelled & he confirmed that the connection will get cancelled on the same day. I was using my mobile thinking that it will get cancelled but it was not cancelled at that time.

    I was busy with my office work and forgot the total incident . It was really a shock to see one more bill in the month of September 2010 for Rs.554/- . This bill was generated after cancelling the Vodafone connection in the month of August 2010 . When i approached the customer care they carelessly replied that we have't received such cancellation request from any of the stores. i informed that customer care executive that i have the acknowledgement from your staff as on 27/aug/2010 .

    Then later he insisted me to scan the same and send that acknowledgement to the customer care. After 3days the customer care replied stating "Since you have used some MSG and calls between Aug & Sept it is been charged . We can reverse only Rs.110/- against the total amount Rs.554/- (Bill period 25/08/2010 to 24/09/2010) . and they gave me a confirmation that the connection got cancelled only on 8th of October 2010.

    When i reached Home today one more shock was waiting for me..... If is really frustrating to say .. Vodafone is simply killing the peoples feeling........It is sooo sad to see one more bill of (Actual Rs.201.64/- minus(-) Rs.110 as the amount reversed for the September'10 month bill & the total bill amt is) Rs.91.64/- from VODAFONE again for the month of October ( Bill period 25/09/2010 to 24/10/2010) .

    It is been a real bad experience since 6years... I need a Justice on this complaint. I need my money back where i can give the same to some poor people instead of these Cheating Companies...

    Below are the break ups of my Bill before cancellation & After cancellation request.....i need all these money to be reversed

    A) Before cancellation request

    (Bill no :0042147838 , Total Bill amt Rs.1172/- - Bill period 25/07/2010 to 24/08/2010)
    1) Charges Levied on Friendship day of Rs.357.50/- + servicetax


    B) After Cancellation request - I cant bear the below charges for Vodafone Companies Mistake

    a)Caller tune Rs.30/- needs to be reversed as i have cancelled my connection on 27/aug/2010
    b)Entp Loc _V2V_100 - Rs.10/- needs to be reversed as i have cancelled my connection on 27/aug/2010
    c)15000 LOC / NAT SMS - Rs.80/- needs to be reversed as i have cancelled my connection on 27/aug/2010
    d)FnF@20p/min - Rs.15/- needs to be reversed as i have cancelled my connection on 27/aug/2010
    e)Monthly Rental -Rs.199/- needs to be reversed as i have cancelled my connection on 27/aug/2010 (U can charge only for 3days 25th & 26th & 27th of aug)
    f)VF live - Rs.99/- needs to be reversed as i have cancelled my connection on 27/aug/2010
    g)service tax Rs.51.71/- needs to be reversed as i have cancelled my connection on 27/aug/2010

    2) (Bill no : 0043700930 , Total amt Rs.201.64/- - Bill period 25/09/2010 to 24/10/2010)

    Hi Dipika,

    I have not received any response from your side.

    Now they have barred incoming and outgoing for my corporate number -9811683818.

    I called in today to Vodafone customer care, Ashvani from escalation team spoken to me and he said he will not be able to action this case and I should write e-mail again to you.

    This is really strange that only Debosmita reply to me and no one else willing to discuss this matter or wish to help resolving it.

    I will be looking my option to discuss this case with consumer court and will also think to publish detailed matter on consumer website.

    Kindly help me resolving this matter.

    I received a phone call yesterday from Vodafone.

    The lady seems to be forced to call me. She simply give me option to pay the balance. This option was with me from day one.

    I said I am ready to pay the usage charges and Vodafone should wave off the rental for that phone number. The lady was not even suggest me once to continue with services for 9899982030 number.

    She promised me call back in some time once she check if rental could be wave off but I never received any phone call.

    1) If I intend not to pay, I should be using maximum limit of the number. Which I did not.
    2) What about inconvenience this entire episode caused to me?
    3) My kids (4 year and 6 year) had to stay in park because there was no contact with my wife. What if they got missing?
    4) Vodafone charge me late payment fee so many times, that if they consider to wave off entire amount, I am sure as a company they will be not in loss. I am well aware that late payment fee could be easily waved off.


    I am sorry to say but I could not find any evidence of customer service with this option.

    Hi Team,
    This is to inform you that the inconvenience I faced due to appalling services.
    The first incident :- Your sales team chased me to sell one more post paid connection. I explain them that I would not require as I am already using two connections (a. 9811683818 and b. 9899982030).
    The person Mr. Misra said that the connection will be automatically deactivated within 2 months and all plans will be transferred to the phone number 9899982030. Somehow I got convenience and agree for new connection.
    The new connection (I do not remember the correct no for that) not got deactivated as suggested and recovery people keep on asking for the bill. I explained them the situation and inform that I will not be paying the rental as I have not used the connection. Also so many false promises were made while sales. You people should agree that I do not have any wrong intentions because I never used that connection up to core. While the connection was active, I also used other two regular connections and made regular payments for them. In past I paid late payment fee so many times without calling in customer care to get that wave off. I am well aware that can be waved off.

    Today Vodafone disconnected my phone 9899982030 without any prior information. The stop incoming and outgoing of this number. In previous so many occasions I declare that my wife is using this phone number. She works in remote area hence this connection should not be disconnected at any cost. Today due to no means of communications my kids has to suffer lot, they were almost missing.
    I am sure no company would like to lose 8 years old customer who keep on making payments without any argument.
    Changing phone number might be painful after such a long time but not impossible. Kindly sort this matter urgently.

    Again wrongly debited my account with Rs. 100/- on dated 15/10/10 and no one is taking responsiblity in Vodafone communication even nodal officer is not interested to attend my complaint.

    There is a complaint against VODAFONE (WEST DELHI) because they have regularly charged Rs. 100/- for GPRSwhich is installled by the company under from the VODAFONE COMMUNICATION, they have charged Rs. 100/- on dated 15/10/10 -17/10/10 . I want to ask that there is no provision of that becasue customer is making fool by the company and i have already registered a complaint to VODAFONE NODAL OFFICE delhi, but he does not take it seriously they are saying that they are not responbile for ,









    i want to inform u that i have not given any request i m using this connection from the last year i have never use any GPRS Any other service that how is it possible that GPRSCHARGES is active on my mobile without my request and they have charged Rs. 100/- on my account for this service, now i want to recover my balAnce because i have not used GPRS service not for a long time kindly credited my account with Rs. 100/-.



    I had tried a lot but no response from their side When i have not given any request for Avoice chat service than how was it applied on my phone It’s your mistake. )



    I WOULD LIKE TO CLAIM FOR BALANCE WHICH IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT 15/10/10 to 17/10/10 WITHOUT MY REQUEST PLEASE HELP ME FOR CREDITED MY ACCOUNT WITH RS. 100/- I HAVE REGISTERD A LOT OF COMPLAINT TO RELIACE NODAL OFFICE BUT THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION IN FAVOUR OF ME KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS MATTER

    Default incoming calls barred.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Iam very sorry and just fed up with your services although i am using
    vodafone No.9839529620 for the past 5 or 6 years, but for the last one month or
    more iam almost fed up with your services.

    A month ago i was asked to submit my ID proofs for verication idid the
    same and my services started, after some time you asked to follow the
    same procedure..... even till today i have submitted the documents
    for four time.

    I registered a complaint on 18 Dec 2010 (REF NO. 197246265950) for the
    same problem my outgoing calls has been activated(At that time Outgoing
    calls were barred.)

    Today again i was asked to submit my ID Proof(even i have submitted the
    same for four times in a month) & now this time my incoming calls are
    barred.

    This is the last time i am complaining you to please resolve this
    issue as soon as possible .

    Otherwise I will be force to take the issue in court.
