    Thumbs down Post padi to Prepaid

    Dear Sir,

    I have submit request in vodafone store Gurudwara road opp. Kamla nehru park Gurgaon my Vodafone number is 9811513537 this 10 year old . i use this number continue. i have submit request regarding convert to post paid to prepaid last friday on 21/05/10 by hand in vodafone store. customer care execu. issued new sim commitment your number is activated in 72 hours. i have paid my all pending bill by cash. but after waiting 5 days my number not activate. i think this very bad services i have broadcast this complaind in internet , news paper , or live in Star News. clearly showing this company services in publicaly how much bad services provider.

I am really confused what they are trying to say to me?
    No conclusion was given to me, no solution was given to me . ON Mon, May 17, 2010 , i sent a mail to tamilnadu Appellate requesting a clear solution and , further i raised some question, but they are not replying me . I am really suffering a lot because of that. mean while my phone incoming facility also barred. with out any notice and with out giving any solution to my problem , they are blocking all the ways. They are very much interested in sending me out from Vodafone , but i don't know why , they are doing like this.
    I sent several mails to Relationship manager for my area , they never reply for even a single mail .My complaints to the customer care also not replied sir.
    I am wondering this is the way will Vodafone handle the problem and customer?

    Default vodafone connection in Mumbai

    I have taken Vodafone prepaid connection by retail distributer in front of President Hotel Mumbai on 16th May 10 and submitted all the dicument asked by distributer. However my vodafone connection has ben barred from 13rd May witout giving the reson what document is missing. i have just joined SBI-Capital Market in Cuffe parae Mumbai.

    I went to Curchgate Vodafone store and submitted the office address as billing adress and NOC from SBI-capital so as to convert my prepaid to post paid and filled the all form again and given the necessary document and fees. I was assured that my no will work from today but it is stil barred .

    the no is given for official use and i am facing big problem in carrying out my official work.

    respond as soon as possible else i have to swicth the service provider and also will go to consumer court for misleading the customer..

    do needful....

    Default Very poor service

    I am Julfiur Rahman from Noida, sector 61.I am working in software company here.I had taken a prepaid connection of vodafone last month and number is 9654083134 .I do not know how a caller tune is being activated.I did not want it.Now from this month I do not want any caller tune.So, I called customer care on 198.They told me to send a sms CAN CT to 144. I sent it twice or thrice , but till the caller tune is running.When I call them , they tell me it will be ok. But from last 7 days no changes.
    I have not been able to recharge and talk from my cell for last 7 days.It is too much.I am not satisfied with your customer support.How can you do this to a customer.
    Seriously I am going to put a complain aginst Vodafone customer care in Consumer Forum, New Delhi.

    Moreover from today when I call 198, it says that this facility is not available to me..How and why???I have written this letter to you to get a good response.Please deactivate my caller tune.I dont want any and why should I pay money here if I dont want it.

    Last month when I was on roaming at Kerala I recharged for Rupees111 which was full talk time at Kerala. Incidently at Gujarat this was for vodafone live and for that matter I have given complaint at vodafone store palakkad kerala .Now on 27 may 10 they have deducted 111 from my account without informing me.When I contacted they informed that it is auto activation and customer need not to be informed and on the same day as per their instructions i have send an sms to deactivate vodafone live.and the same has been deactivated on the same day but the money they charged has not been returned and more overI have not activated gprs facility on my mobile till now.Now i want my money back and want to file a case against them for compensation and mental agony which I have gone through .They should not cheat a soldier like me

    Default Complaint against telemarketing

    Dear Sir,

    I am a post paid user with Vodafone. I put up a complaint with Vodafone in Jan-feb regarding the annoying SMSs I received from telemarketing companies.
    No action was taken by Vodafone although I was made to call from one department to another.
    Till now, 3 complaints have been registered by me and none has been acted upon.
    I am in a dilemma. Im getting SMSs as late as 1am or 2 am.
    Is there a provision by which i can file a complaint of harrasment in the Indian Court?

    Default Complaint regarding Vodafone

    Dear sir,
    On 4 june i visited voadafone store for changing my plan to corporate plan, they assured me that your plan vill be activaed in 72 hours and you can ask your staus on 111, but when i called 111 the executive told me that their is no such request recieved also their is no update regarding that you have even visitd vodafone store.
    Please look into matter very seriously.

    This is inform you that i have using vodaphone number 9999611218. i have a problam in bill of said number for the month of January,ferbery and March 2010. i have using plan 399/- Rental wherein std charge in this plan 50 paisa but since january you have cjarche 2.50 per cal. i have maney time call your customer care no but they have to able to help me. request you to please providede details below mention query
    1 correct Bill so that i can release payment at ealiast
    2 call rate that have charge

    Thumbs down Vodafone Customer Service in Hyderabad is a joke

    I have used the Vodafone postpaid connection since late 2007. During late 2009, one of my cheque dropped in the drop box went missing. After 10 days, I have realized the cheque not presented to the bank and contacted the Customer Care. I was told the cheque is not reflectign in their system and was asked to request the bank for stop payment. After 2 days since I had sent the stop payment request to the bank, I received a message from Vodafone stating my cheque was received and sent for clearance.

    From that day onwards, for the peroid of 4 months I had spoken to several Customer Care members on identifying the issue resulted in the mysterious missing of the cheque and its reappearance. I had also sent an email to the Nodal officer and the Appelate authority and never received any reply from them. I had also approached the Vodafone store for getting an answer. None were able to provide me with the proper response.

    Frustrated, I had requested to cancel the account by paying the outstanding amount. Surprisingly, my request was not processed and I kept receiving the bills for my account. It was a nightmare following up with the Customer Care and to get the line de-activated.

    It was the worst experience I had ever had with any of the mobile service provider in the past 15 years.
