    im a vodafone existing customer on pay monthly 30 month i asked for vivaz sony erricsson and they sent me nokia n900 which i do not want i rung them up and they refused point blank about giving me exchange and i got loads of threats like saying if i cancel now i have to pay 700 pound for my contract its damn right rip off

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had a very bad experience visiting your vodafone store in Baner, Pune. Centre head there (Miss Schweta) behaved rudely to me and totally unprofessional. She was treating as if she isn't concerned, even while talking to us, she was going here and there.. she could have said politely, but didn't...

    I went there to enquire about my documents submitted earlier.. she wasn't able to give a satisfactory answer.. not only that, she talked in a very rude manner.. What is the purpose of saying "HAPPY TO HELP"..when your centre head treats customers so bad.. For your information I have been vodafone postpaid customer for the last three years.. and have paid all bills on time...if I can be treated to such a service, I wonder how serious you really are for customer service...

    So kindly look into this issue, I am lodging a formal complaint in this behalf.

    I have the vodafone connection with me. I have given the request of the "Do Not Disturb" Service on 27th of March and i have received a message of starting the the service within 48hours. But the service is not activated yet and when i talk at the 111 Vodafone Care, firstly they have disconnected my call without listening to my complaint properly and secondly they are saying that the service will be activated in 45 days. They are creating me tthe problem by calling again and again for the caller tune services by different numbers. While the person in the roaming they call continuosly 4-5 times in the day and making charges from it, while other operators give the same service within 48 hours. They are creating disturbance during the work by calling again and again

    Default Compliant Regarding Vodafone number 9885671840 , 9966080777

    Hi,
    I am M.Praveen Reddy.

    I am having two postpaid numbers one primary(9885671840) which i am using from past 5 years and second is addon number which my brother is using(9966080777).

    I have taken number 9966080777 in October.I have been facing problem with vodafone from the day one of taking this number.I have visited the Vodafone store which is located in Hitech City i have asked them to cancel my number they asked to fill a form and prior to this they asked me to pay the total bill on the two numbers then i said ok .I have paid Rs 1618 on 17th Nov 2009.They have asked to fill a form after paying the bill which i have done.After few days i got to know that they have not frowarded my request/they have thrown my application form.They have continuously generated bills on the number 9966080777 which i have paid.I have paid the bills.On 21st January i have visited the Vodafone store at Hitech city they said we did not receive any request for cancellation then i showed the bill which i have paid in November for cancellation of the number.Then(Mr.VenuGopal)an Vodafone executive had registered a compliant and they have given reference number 1235967438 on 21st January and said your problem will be solved within 48 hours tehn i have waited for that peroid and i have called 111 number they said your compliant has been escalated it takes some time.

    Vodafone people have generated my january months bill also then i have visited Vodafone store on 9th February asking them why u have genereated the bill without can celling my number then old me Mr.Venugopal an Vodafone executive told me that your compliant is still under processing and he has given me one more refrence number1238220500 and told me to wait for 48 hours.

    I have waited for 48 hours and called 111 number and they again said your compliant is in process if you need further information you have to visit the Vodafone store.I have visited the Vodafone store on 17th February and i asked the same person Mr.Venugopal regading my Refrence number and status of that.He said that it takes some more time and then i asked how much time he said again 48 hours then i asked him in return the same what he is saying.Then he refused to give me in written and he said we cannot give that in written statement.Then i said clearly that till you guys solve my problem and given my 4 months money back which is around Rs 600 i will not pay the bills.

    I march they have cancelled my number 9966080777 but they did not give my money back.When i call they are simply saying it takes time.

    Now my number 9885671840 has no outgoing and they are saing to pay Rs1500/- which i said will notpay till you return my money.Everytime i am getting calls from Vodafone to make bill payement but no one is bothered about repaying my money back.

    The reference numbers given by Vodafone against my compliant are:-

    21st January ------- 1235967438
    9th February ------- 1238220500
    17th February------ 1239305218

    Can any one of you help me...

    Thumbs down worst service and refund.

    I am vodafone customer 9751993009 .i am writting this to you tell about the worst service provided by the vodafone.
    i had a balance of Rs. 64/- in my account and i sed a message to activate the 1 paise billing service which is charged Rs.17. but the balance deducted in my account is 110. now my balance in my card is Rs.-46/-
    When i called the customer care the response was given to me was very bad and my call was repeadtly disconnected by the executives. the names are: sowmya, kennedy, ajay, mahesh. where no docket no was provided to me.
    then when i contact the showroom the same response was provided to me.
    Then i contacted the nodal officer and the response was pethetic. names are: Rajalakshmi & Babu
    and then appleite offices named faithima where she has given me very very bad service being in that designation .
    please help me out to get the refund. My alternative number is 9843048582

    Dear Sir,
    I am mohit mittal.i am a software engineer in noida.so that I don’t have enough time for my personal work. Now I am using postpaid Vodafone no. that is +919711160761 because of low network in my area.For this , I have compliant many time at customer care. I want to close my Vodafone postpaid a/c. For this, this month, I have gone for Vodafone store 15 times approx at navyug market Ghaziabad. But always they will create new problem for me. That is given below.
    17 mar 2010, my father went for Vodafone store. They said”Your son has to come. For close you’re a/c”.
    19 mar 2010.when I came they said”Your bill is not generated that will be 20 mar. So you have to come 21 mar”.
    21 mar 2010 they said “we don’t have blanked sim”.
    26 mar 2010 they said “we don’t have blanked sim”.they suggest me “you can report to customer care .that your no has been lost for that your bill will be stop”.
    2 apr 2010 they said “First you have to start your services then we can close you’re Vodafone a/c”
    5 apr(today) 2010 they said “we are sorry. We can close you’re a/c at next bill cycle”.

    Thumbs down Vodaphone fooling poor Indian's- Worst custormer care center staff( Call center)

    Dear Sir,

    I received SMS message from vodaphone to activate caller tune.However mistakenly i pressed and received msg from vodaphone that your caller tune is activated. I called the customer care number and informed the representative that i activated the service by error and I wish to cancel it .The representative told me i could cancel the service by next month, however the charges are deducted already and cannot be refunded. Its been more than 30 hours the service is not activated. I called the customer care center several occasions the only answer i received over and over again is that it will take 5 hours and our systems are updating. Today morning i called they never answered my call. When i dialed from different phone no they informed that my number is barred and call center will not answer , as I have made to many calls. I requested for a supervisor the agent stated there is no supervisor on the floor.The last customer care executive provided me a reference no for my query 52600908.

    I feel the company is fooling poor Indian customers and making money by misleading us and the most unacceptable part is that they don't want to help customers and are barring customers phone numbers and pocketing our money.

    I have been cheated by the company and feel frustrated for receiving such behavior and treatment from your customer service team.

    i have a connection of vodafone prepaid who`s num is = 9919817369

    on 10TH APRIL i got a service message from vodafone that "KARE UNLIMITED DOWNLOADING BILKUL FREE SIRF AAJ AAPKE LIYE.TURANT CLICK KARE.!, and the option was their to connect.

    only this was writeen in the service msg and no where was written that "CHARGES MAY APPLY" or "TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY"

    I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BUT THEY IGNORED MY COMPLAIN BY SAYING THAT IT IS AN INQIRY NOT AN COMPLAIN


    AND I CLICK ON "CONNECT" OPTION , AND BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED APPROX TO rs104,and after deduction of balance their was no activation of any gprs pack, so its and deduction of balance in improper way

    I THINK THIS IS AN IMPROPER DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FROM MY MOBILE NUMBER AS THEIR WAS NO COMMUNICATION OF "TERMS AND CONDITIONS"
    I MAILED TO"vodafonecare.upe@vodafone.com" ABOUT THIS BT THEY ALSO NOT HELP ME EVEN THEIR WAS NO ANSWER FROM THEM ABT MY MAIL, SO KINDLY DO THE SAME FOR COMPENSATION OR REFUND OF MY MONEY

    Not me or among my 14 generationa are vodafome customer. But One lofty tower of your company is situated beside my house along with a large generator wchich emits earbreaking sounds in time of loadshedding.Do needful to stop the sound otherwise the peple of the locality will go to the court

    Dear sir

    My name jagadeeshwar my number is 9999953318 .i am using vodafone postpaid connection. i wasnot requested to activate global alerts. .it was activated on my number . i am not getting any alerts .vodefone charging every month of bill without servise . I requested somany times to deactivate this servise.they werenot done.when i called 111 they have given some procedue to deactivate .but when i try to do ,message is coming like this "you have not activated this service". later I went vodefone store they told me that this servise not activated. Due to system error bill is coming.we will deactivate by with in 3 days they replied.But it wasnot done. later i was tried somany times to 111.they were not rectified. still i getting bill.almost for one year i am paying 40 ruphees.i was given somany complaints(214359696,16146945964161).Please do the needful

    I HAVE RETURNED SOME COUPENS OF RS. 10/- & RS. 99/- TO MY DISTRIIBUTOR ON DATED 30/10/2008 OF THE TOTOL VALUE OF RS. 1600/- BECAUSE THOSE COUPENS WERE CLOSED BY THE HUTCH COMPANY

    I PURCHASED THOSE COUPENS WHEN HUTCH WAS NOT FORMED INTO THE VODAFONE COMPANY
    THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE COUPEN IS AS FOLLOWS:
    RS. 10/ COUPEN from serial number 000420143299 TO 000420143160
    Rs. 99/- from serial number 000540276397 to 000540276398

    THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A COMMITMENT TO RETURN THE MONEY WITHIN A MONTH
    BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SUM OF MONEY FROM MY DISTRIBUTOR

    I REQUEST U TO CONSIDER MY PROBLEM BECAUSE I M DEMANDING FOR THAT MONEY WHICH I HAVE PAID FOR IT

    Post Complaint againt vodafone

    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you that I am using the Vodafone number 9051639413.Last month (on 29th April 2010) caller tune service had been activated on my number without informing me and charges had been deducted from my account.I had never requested for any caller tune service,even then it was activated.I had informed the customer care executives and talked to three of them ,but they couldn't provide any assistance.Then I had a word with the supervisor,and in spite of assuring me help,that lady didn't get back to me.I have been a vodafone customer for the last 5-6 months.After this incident, I have lost my trust in the brand.Earlier,I had an Airtel connection.The same had happened there.But they were so generous that they refunded my money.I expected the same from vodafone but they are not showing any concern.

    I had billing dispute, so i approached Vodafone customer care, and nodel, since my problem not solved, i escalated to Tamilnadu Appellate on Thu, Apr 22, 2010, i received irrelevant reply from his office staffs, so i request call back from Appellate authority on May 9, 2010,after a great struggle by mail and phone i got appointment from him , he called and heard my problem, he says, " Once the bill printed , nothing can be done, my powers are limited" I request him several time during that conversion ,i am ready to pay the bill but, i just want the bill has to be rework with other plan, since i made request several time to Vodafone customer care prier to this billing for changing of suitable plan for my usage, and also i was not informed when i crossed the free usage limit as per the plan.but no solution was given to me.

    they are very Keen on Sending me out from Vodafone.
    after that , i received mail from Tamil nadu appellate saying with a un clear reply "However, we wish to inform that your latest bill rework as per the Rs. 89/- STD pack for the May bill is not advisable as its leads to debit amount of Rs.91 " with other few words. I am really confused what they are trying to say to me?
    No conclusion was given to me, no solution was given to me . ON Mon, May 17, 2010 , i sent a mail to tamilnadu Appellate requesting a clear solution and , further i raised some question, but they are not replying me . I am really suffering a lot because of that. mean while my phone incoming facility also barred. with out any notice and with out giving any solution to my problem , they are blocking all the ways. They are very much interested in sending me out from Vodafone , but i don't know why , they are doing like this.
    I sent several mails to Relationship manager for my area , they never reply for even a single mail .My complaints to the customer care also not replied sir.
    I am wondering this is the way will Vodafone handle the problem and customer?
