I have taken sms 1paisa scheme on my Reliance prepaid number +91-90240-46470. On 19 September i changed my scheme to 1rs per day.
And to deactivate previous scheme i sms DACT SMS1P to 53739 about 50 times but always same replies come
" Dear Business partner, your request could not be processed. Please try again. We regret the inconvenience. Thank you.
Reliance"

I called reliance customer care on same day then they replied that you'll be deactivated from the scheme in next 24 hours. But again to assure i kept my balance low then rs 19. but still on 22nd september reliance deducted my rs 9.50 balance and extend sms1p service for next 15 days.

On contacting customer care they didn't replied properly (as always). and replied that contact again after 24 hrs. when i asked for refund then they said that it is not possible.
When i said that i would go to consumer court even then they said that you can go.
i then go to local mobile store of Reliance mobile store in Jodhpur there they tried but then said that service would be deactivated in next 24 hrs but still nothing happened
and on calling customer care no one attains call even after 30 mins of waiting

i've tried about 100 times after 19 september smsing on 53739 to DACT SMS1P but still the same reply come.

I would surely file a official complain in local consumer court agaist reliance if i wont receive my money back and the service is not deactivated.
