    Angry Vodafone Center Misbehave

    hi

    i visited vodafone care center at sector-1 , HSR layout , bangalore
    for MNP i asked the application form, in which i filled date also, i filled two forms and at the time of submitting fully filled form the customer executive asked that i will have to fill other form as i had put date there-which according to them i shouldn't have filled, they said , they will fill the date watever they think is appropriate, i said i am not filling new form accept this only as the date is the proof when i submitted the form, upon listning to this, he teared my form in my face , and asked if u want mnp fill new form or get lost.
    I am disappointed and want compensation.
    If not replied i will drag this matter to the court.

    Default Sim block without any prior information

    I, Ningthoujam Mohendra Singh customer of your vodafone service Mobile no 9609905348 (Prepaid). Sir/Madam my SIM has been deactivate without any prior information on this regards I would like to know why it has been deactivate during roaming to Manipur. My SIM belongs to West Bengal Circle, Please tell me possible reason for deactivation of my Mobile no. If I`ve to resubmit my document then, no way because no prior information has made to me.

    Post Vodafone Auto Recharge

    Hi Vodafone,

    I am writing this post with great INCONVENIENCE, registering on this site for the first time at this time 1:50 AM 16 Feb 2012. On 10th of this month i got an sms at 1:59 AM stating i was recharged for Rs 61 which i have never asked for and have never recharged in my life for Rs 61 on Vodafone. On calling customer care they say that it was auto recharge from Vodafone, i asked the rep to cancel it as i had recharged for Rs 33 as i liked the plan, and asked for refund of the same, the rep canceled the plan of Rs 61 and again my Rs 33 plan was active on my phone. On asking when i would expect the refund of 61 she said it would take 24 hours and i will get the refund. On 11th i called again to customer care as i didnt get the refund and again the rep said that he will post the complaint and i will get the refund withing more 24 hours. I asked him the complaint no., to which he gave me 278710286. I again waited for a day and called CC again and was put on hold for 24 minutes and later there was no reply and the call got disconnected. I called again and a different rep again lodged my complain and said me that i would get the refund By the EOD and complain no was 1344210308. Today at this time i called CC and escalated the issue and got a supervisor, and he is saying it will take 48 hours to get my refund.


    What kind of Customer Service are you guys providing to the customers ?? This is a real POOR Customer Service from VODAFONE, making me wait for 5 days to get my own money back. I am really frustrated to speak to the customer care as there is no solution they can provide. I dont want to wait to get my refund, I need my money back for which i am not even getting the benefits.

    I have been with Vodafone Mumbai for the last 14 years ever since it was orange... Have been a post-pay customer for the past 3-4 years... Have been using a 3G plan & h/s(Iphone4) for the past 9 months my bill has never exceeded 1000rs-1800rs(Whilst Roaming)........ And now i have been slapped by a bill for 4070rs & Vodafone is conveniently telling me I have used data some 1GB over my plan & have made a IDD call..... When i asked them to investigate compare the same with my bill history it was denied to & instead a Rep from Retention told me to check all my bills as well as pay this one & cancel all my connections with Vodafone.... I asked for a sup which was also denied to me I have been on hold now for 45 mins with no one coming back to me even once to inform me that it will take longer to get a sup or offering to arrange for a call back... I am still holding

    Default CC SR#1098861270 / Nodal Ref#335945574--Faulty USB

    Since 1 day , i having issue with my USB vodafone K-4505 . I have logged numerous calls & person from Kocher on behalf of Vodafone came to my home & verified that the USB stick is faulty. I had gone to vodafone store in Nariman point / Vashi few times it didn't help. I logged call with Nodal office, i was asked to visit New Panvel store it will get replaced with in 48hr. I visited New Panvel store more than 5 times , i was told 3 times the stick got replaced from Andheri office but on presence of Vodafone New Panvel staff it never worked. On my last visit the Vodafone New Panvel Staff( Raju )told me they can't do anything & returned the faulty one to me.

    When i received the faulty, while receiving i asked him to mentioned the same on job sheet which New Panvel staff refused to mention it but i mentioned & signed.

    After 5 visits & 12 days passed , my issue is yet to resolved & have spent numerous hours in Vodafone store.

    Then i called Nodal officer again on 16th Feb afternoon , he said will get back to me by end of the day with an update. As usual nothing came.

    Till Friday afternoon, again called to Nodal office number, she again asked 24hrs for an update , now more than 72 hr has lapsed & no update neither any resolution in sight.

    I want my money back if i didn't gets NEW USB stick in next 48hrs. I can't visit again to any of vodafone store for this waste to my time any more. Please let me know how to get it of this bad servcie other wise i have to go to TRAI & consumer court

    Dear Sirs,

    First of all. I would like to say that I'm really not satisfied with the way my case has been handled. With special mention to the erratic behavior shown by Customer Care representatives . The time that was taken to conclude the issue has been really not within the commitment you make at the time.
    I would like to inform you that i am using the Vodafone last seven years with mobile no. + 91 9811377503 with the very good usages and a very regular paymaster of the Vodafone with the credit limit of 25, 000/- per month. Currently, my outgoing call has been barred and the representative of the Vodafone not providing my any remedy and the representative of Vodafone Mr. Bijander Singh (Supervisor) suggesting that “You can close your no., we don’t have any remedy and send the closing request at “vodafonecare.del@vodafone.com” .
    Anyways now coming to my grievance, the few fact of the case are mentioned below.:
    (1) November 21, 2011, I had called to Vodafone customer care no. 111 and made the request to send me the internet settings for my new handset and activate the internet plan. The representative of the Vodafone informed me about various plans. So, I agreed on plan of Rs. 199/- Vodafone Mobile Connect Service. The said person assured me that he will activate my VMC plan in 24 Hours and also send me the internet settings for my new Hand set. I was on believe that he activated my both the requests.
    (2) I was in faith that my internet plan have activated. On the month of Nov-Dec I have received a bill and the same was paid on time as always.
    (3) When I have received the bill of Dec-Jan, then I noticed that the amount which Vodafone is charging is higher then my usages. Immediately, I called Vodafone customer care no. 111, the representative informed me that on your no. no plan is yet activated. I was in utter shock and told him that check properly coz I have send the activation request on November 21, 2011. He denied that no request is forwarded from your side or activated.
    (4) Then, I have decided not to make any payment for unnecessary charges and called to Vodafone customer care no. 111 to inform them that please sort out my issue after I ll make a payment.
    (5) I have not received any response from Vodafone.
    (6) On February 09, 2012 the representative called me up named “Vikas” . I told him my concern and issues, then he informed that I ll discuss the issue and ll revert. He never turned up till date.
    (7) The another representative some Ms. Kaur of Vodafone called me up on February 19, 2012 and asked me the issue and conveyed to her that Mr. Vikas is talking with me and he didn’t turned up. She requested that please tell me the issue. Again, I brief her that I want to make a payment but sort out my problem and the issue.. She said I ll get back to you, I ll discuss the matter with my senior. She also never ever turned up till date.
    (8) February 21, 2012, I have received a SMS that my outgoing call service has been stopped. I had called to Vodafone customer care no. 111 and informed that my services has been barred. The representative has forwarded my request to concerned department and they will get back to you. The whole day I have not received any call and I faced lots of problem coz of my outgoing calls was barred. Helplessly, again I had called Vodafone customer care no. 111 in the evening and discuss the matter at length after that the representative transferred my call to Senior person name Mr. Bijender Singh (Supervisor). I told him each and everything. I requested to him that provide my any remedy for that, it’s a responsibility of Vodafone to take care of the Customer. If the Vodafone will not sort ought my problem, I ll not make any payment. He replied that I can not provide you any remedy. You close your number +91 9811377503 and the forward the request to vodafonecare.del@vodafone.com and for this I am sending you the SMS.
    Hope the Vodafone will sought ought my issue, in the absence of the same I have on option that close my my no. +91 9811377503 and I am not liable to make any payment coz Vodafone not able to provide me any remedy for my issues. I request to Vodafone, not make any recovery call to my alternate no.
